Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian

clean, good amenities

one restaurant was closed and the other was set up in a ballroom, which should have been indicated in signage, for example, sign in elevator for restaurants

It’s location is appropriate, staffs are supportive

Staffs always give attention to the guests , their interest in helping and the way they show it is amazing

There is a nightclub right across the street, and it’s working until 4-5 am, it is very much noisy and bothers to sleep

The room was large, clean and had an excellent view of the city. Very good location near malls and restaurants.

Staff spoke minimal English so there were miscommunications.

Recommend! Female housekeeping of my room (29floor) is super nice.

Room was big and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed with good linen. Loved the shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was great with an elaborate spread of food to satisfy even the fussiest eater. Food was replenished very quickly. The breakfast area was very efficiently managed considering how busy it was over the weekend. The Staff at the hotel were so pleasant and polite.

The breakfast was amazing it had a variety of food, including ice cream, the location was excelent, near the futian station.

Convenient location, comfortable room. Gym and indoor pool are very nice; great option for any kind if trip. Nice but pricey breakfast; you pay for the variety and convenience. Attentive and pleasant restaurant staff.

Staff seem to be competent, polite and efficient, but not particularly friendly.

The decoration that the staff made in the room for our silver wedding anniversary was lovely. Thank you!Good breakfast. Good location.

All ok! Thanks

Rooms are clean and modern, location is great, breakfast really good. There is good restaurants in the hotel.

Laundry is expensive and there is charge for extra bed.

Location was good - Shenzhen little spread out - but close to shopping, restaurants, parks and metro so all good.

Entrance was weird - like no distinct pedestrian area so we’re being moved along by footman or being run over!

The staff was very helpful

The food for breakfast was cold, not cool. I think the chef did not keep it warm while guests were having their breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location, room quite big, breakfast top and waiters very kind and sunny.

The check-in a little slow, few people speaks good English in a 5 start hotel, with a lot of business people, the English should be improved.

actually it is one hour by drive to shenzhen world exhibition and convention center,it is not close to the hotelwrong information in booking .com

It is conveniently located near COCO Plaza, a main shopping area in Shenzhen. Also convenient to access the subway. We got a checkout time of 2:00 PM (we arrived late the day before). The booked with breakfast (very good) and got a free room upgrade as Genius level 2.

Breakfast was awesome and location was in the heart of the city! Staff and concierge was so helpful and kind.

The staff were very kind and nice. When we arrived earlier, the counter staff checked that the room was ready and allowed us to check in. When we were in the room, the cleaner staff saw us with kids and knock on our door to offer more mineral water and kids toiletries. The room was spacious and clean. It was very conveniently located to the train station.

Clean and friendly staff. Eva Zhou was a star

Beds was very hard. Lounge food needed a bit of a western option.

The rooms had a nice layout. We got a corner room. It is not your typical hotel room layout that when you enter, the bathroom door is what you see. It is spacious and the bathroom also has a lot of space for toiletries. The location was great! There is a nice Japanese restaurant across the hotel. CocoPark Mall was only 2 blocks away as well.Breakfast was also good. There were many choices. The restaurant staff did not mind preparing steamed white rice for my family since only Fried Rice was served at the buffet.Ms. Gina was so welcoming and accommodating during our check-in. And Mr. Peter of Concierge was also very accommodating and helpful! 1 package did not arrive on-time. He coordinated with the courier to re-route the shipment to our tour guide's address. Also, I left my office notebook in the hotel and realized it DAYS after check out. A quick WeChat message to him and he immediately replied and found my notebook with Housekeeping. It is now also enroute to our Tour Guide's address. I highly recommend this hotel. ?

none!

Convenient location near the Futian station and Coco Mall. Rooms were quite spacious

The shower head was an issue in one our rooms
