Park Hyatt Shenzhen

It’s very modern. Breakfast and location are good. But there are so many other hotels around. This hotel doesn’t worth the price at all!

We had to wait for 30 mins for the room to be ready (we arrived on time at 3pm check in time). Then waited another 30 mins for the suitcase to be in the room. We wasted 1 whole hour for nothing when we first arrived, and our 3 yrs old daugher had to wait around with us! It’s terrible! You have to wear a swimming hat/cap to the swimming pool. The staff claimed it’s the policy of Shenzhen Official (she said all Shenzhen hotels have this requirement). We had to buy the cap from them for $99 rmb each hat. And the hat is only $25 rmb on taobao. What a joke! The indoor water pool was cold as well (in April), we didn’t even stay for long. Terrible WiFi! Most of the time doesn’t work!We stayed for 3 nights, we had some fruits (grapes) in the room on the first day, then the rest of the time there were nothing! Very inconsistent!

Amazing rooms, hotel design, location and top staff

Sauna, room is big enough and clean, nice Skyview and thanks for hotel to send us a cake, snacks and fruit.

Lighting is not bright enough especially at guest rooms floor long corridor, feel like get in the haunted house and sleepy. No couches at the hotel lobby around check in counter seems the couches share with the lobby lounge, so feel like we cannot sit there to wait friends , the staff would ask what I can help for you or are you going to dine at there when I try to sit at there. High deposit....stayed 2 nights but hotel on hold on top 2 nights deposit, so on hold 4 nights fee deposit when check in, I never experienced about this even i stayed at 5 or 6 stars hotel in other countries. Overall, doesn't like hotel design and their charge deposit policy.

Amazing hotel with a luxurious interior finish, including the rooms. Plenty of variety at breakfast, and the service was impeccable—you really feel catered to. It was a great experience and definitely worth the money. The laundry service was also top-notch and very fast. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

Comfort of the room

Extremely upset by the fact we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool due to stupid hotel policy to force guests wearing a swimming cap to access the water. First time ever we face such unfriendly rule. Using a swimming pool must be a relaxing moment. I just refuse wearing this.

The location is fantastic, the district is modern and clean, a lot of interesting places are very near. The hotel is beautiful, the bragfast is awesome, the room is tidy.

The pool bathrooms were amazing. It felt like being in an amazing spa. There were steam rooms, spa, sauna and showers that had different setting and music to match.

One of the rooms that we booked was a corner room, and the city view was enthralling! My family and I have visited so much 5-star hotels, and this is by far one of my kids' favorites. All hotel employees were polite, accommodating, and good in English. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and are filled with high-end furnitures/products. It was also close to malls like Coco Park.

The only thing we regretted during our stay was not trying out their astounding facilities.

Decor, friendly staff, great facilities, beautiful design

Concierge and bfast service was good meaning but could have been more knowledgeable about destinations and breakfast service sometimes needed multiple reminders.

The Japanese toilet in my room was the BEST! The view from my room amazing, the buffet fantastic! The restaurant AMAZING! Reception staff excellent, I even got a call 10 mins after I left the hotel to advise I had left my passport behind.

In the bar I went for a drink on a Thursday night there was plenty of spare seats and when I sat down to have a drink I was told there was a min spend I said I was a guest of the hotel and only wanted one, I even had to request the manager come over and eventually she allowed me sit there which I thought was an insane rule for a guest of the hotel. Maybe there should be a time limit per drink not an $ limit per seat.

Hotel sent us back the bracelet with speedy post. Much appreciated on the service.

we lived there for two nights, but the room only have one box of tissue. The shower bathroom did not put any tissue for guest use. only one box of tissue inside the small toilet.

The rockstar staff. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Vivian, Ceaser and Kyle at the front desk all greeted me with an enthusiastic smile, and a stuffed 2022 tiger. Chris, the concierge, was like having a personal assistant. He made me feel like a celebrity and made sure I was enjoying my stay at every turn. Exceptional attention. Nicholas and Deepak, knowing of my vegan diet, went out of their way to make me a personalized vegan meal that was delicious and beautiful. The room as beautiful and the view, epic. Park Hyatt Shenzhen is by far one of my favorite hotels in China. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. China.
