Location is somewhat convenient and there is a lot of variety for breakfast, love the tub which is important for frequent travelers which I really appreicate

The hotel was amazing, great location, delicious breakfast, and overall excellent service from the entire hotel team. Special thanks to Alex at the reception, who helped us a lot during check-in and provided very useful information for our Shenzhen trip.We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the front desk duty manager from the evening shift on 8 January (unfortunately, we forgot to get his name). My little niece has a sensitive stomach, and while we were simply trying to confirm a few details as a precaution, the hotel team went above and beyond to personally ensure that we were well taken care of throughout our stay.The hotel is highly recommended for families and is conveniently located near many theme parks.

Very centrally located. Room is value for maney, though all rooms of the same category are not of the same size. This time my room was 2/3rds the size of my room from last time even though I booked the same premier category. Breakfast is huge and plentiful.

The room was HUGE and spacious, the tub was very comfortable, the design of this hotel took the old one up a notch, and we were able to use the awesome pool, breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety, and we got a late check-outThe location is prime, there are so many restaurants and bars and things to do around here, and easy metro access

We didn't know when the firework was happening, and either did the front desk staffs, if we paid a room with view to fireworks I'd hope they at least know when it's happening, but not a big issue here

Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were lovely and facilities were great.

I went with a friend and we got 2 club rooms at the same price however one of the rooms was really large no balcony and the other really small with balcony. A bit unfair.

Rooms have bedbugs! All foreigners how need a decent accommodation option in Shenzhen should be aware that the hotel has BEDBUGS. This is in fact terrible and never before seen that a 5 star hotel with good reviews is in fact crawling with bed bugs. The rooms are filthy! The staff doesn’t care at all! We talked to three different managers and none of them even apologized or asked if we need anything! That’s just unheard of! When we told the manager about the allergy reaction to bed bugs he didn’t even apologize and said that we should get an official statement from the hospital before the hotel can do anything to help! Also the food in the hotel is terrible, this must be the first and only 5 star hotel in the world that doesn’t know how to cook the most simple of all dishes - a club sandwich!

Clean room, stylish and cozy vibe, nice staff, and a complementary 'little cake' for birthday is nice and not little at all?

We have to collect our take away food order from the lobby, itd be great if they had some robots sending the order to the room

Hotel breakfast buffet options were great for vegetarians.

Language barrier and check in staff didn't give upgrade to both our rooms. When booking hotel through Booking.com I was told both rooms will be upgraded because I was charged same amount for both the rooms?! Upon check out I was lucky to get in touch with English speaking staff. I told her about our check in experience and how one of the room wasn't upgraded. She checked and agreed it was mishap from their end. Offered us free drinks voucher. It was week days and I was also hoping for getting at least one room facing windows of the world but the lady at check in staff said no rooms available. It's hard to believe. Being off season and not even weekend?! Overall staff were really sweet and helpful. And we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved it because of the bathtub. They had swimming pool and gym but we didn't use it. Their spa has been close for 2 years (I was told by their staff) and no indoor children play area at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English, which is still quite rare in Shenzhen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you come for sightseeing with most attractions parks at walking distance, and pleasant places worth to visit nearby (OCT Loft, OCT Bay, Nantou, Shekou...).They have a nice and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

Breakfast was attractive with a good variety of products, but everything was a bit dry... Probably because they start at 6.30 until 10.30 which leads "late eaters" to get the food that has been on display for a while.Also as a western family, we are not great fans of the kitsch "venitian" decoration !!

The hotel was very close to the Metro station and taxi available at all time. the staff was courteous and very good in helping.

Especially I want to thank them for their extra effort to help me find my small box I forgot in the elevators. In addition to that their breakfast is suitable for visitors coming from Europe and their rooms are so clean and so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

staff mentality at restaurant, poor buffet standard as IHG group, food refill very slow, bad coffee machine, unbelievable small hot water container air conditioning control, only heat room but no cool room optionbathroom door was accidentally dropped when sliding closed. I was locked inside the bathroom

The room with the view was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The interior design was beautiful.

Unfortunately the Italian restaurant was closed for wedding.

Perfect located just next to the MRT station & a shopping mall, easy to reach from any port when arriving in Shenzhen, our room was upgraded to the next level with a nice wide-view, the room is big, clean, stylish decor & a heavenly bed that is over my expectation, overlook the Window of The World as well as the South China Sea at our own balcony, swimming in the comfy huge pool is the next relaxing moment, real holiday experience. Thanks for the helpful & friendly staffs especially the one who work at the front desk.Breakfast with plenty of delicious varieties in Chinese & western styles which made our morning a good start. Coffee is not only ordinary, you may ask for your own taste at the coffee bar, salute to Indigo. If you are a dim sum fan, don't miss the chance to visit the in-house Chinese restaurant, you must be surprised with the dishes. We'll be back soon!

We should say none, but the only comment is ...... if a set of outdoor table & chairs can be arranged at the balcony, that will be much perfect to enjoy the room.
