- Taxis usually dropped us behind the hotel, and since we don’t speak Mandarin we got out there then had to walk to the lobby. No biggie but maybe a sign would help?

I tell the hotel that we are celebrating birthday and they gave us a free cake, fruit and also decorated the room with balloons. Which is totally surprising.

Got a free upgrade to panoramic bay view king room upon arrival without even having to ask. Room was the absolute nicest room I have ever stayed in. Staff were amazing, and the facilities were amazing. Cannot say one bad thing about this place.
