The room was big, modern, as well as the hotel. Breakfast was really good and really close to the exhibition centre where we need to go for a fair.

The WiFi in rooms is terrible , unable to download emails which is basic requirement of WiFi . They charge your credit card , at start of stay by extra 80% of room rate and 24 hours later after 3 night stay still waiting for return of excess. It’s a bit isolated from my drag unless you are there for exhibition centre or airport

If they extend room service at night. you may return late from travelling to distant factories and no more room service or restaurant pass 10pm. though there are nearby shops just behind the hotel but you need to go out

I was check-in by Mr. Ives. He is patient, polite, and very efficient. I was in my room within minutes! The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have no trouble falling asleep! The Samsung Digital Smart TV was excellent and has many channels. I enjoyed watching the Chinese dramas. The bathroom was huge and Hilton pampered its guests with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion from Peter Thomas Roth. Hilton provided 4 bottles of drinking water in the room. I think this should be the new standard for all hotels ~ well done Hilton! Buffet breakfast was at Hilton Hotel. There were many varieties and choices of Cantonese, Chinese, Japanese and western cuisines. They also have a huge gym at Level 2. The location is near to MRT. Take Line 20 and transfer to Line 11 to the airport. It cost only 4RMB.

Very nice hotel. Probably the best Hilton Garden Inn I've ever been too but the location is far from the HK China border. In HK would've cost me 2,000 HKD for 1 night. Brand new hotel .

Staff was very junior, not able to speak English for almost all of them. That creates issues and confusion on food order, check-in/check out complexity, inability to organize car transfer etc... In addition, the obsession of the deposit was really annoying (You give your credit card at check-in thus expecting you can charge your room with anything you will expense in the hotel. In fact you cannot... When having dinner or drinks, you always have to pay separately because the deposit doesn't cover the cost.... Very strange

Internet was very very poor, staff can’t speak English food was very ordinary, room service only available by WeChat which didn’t work…Service was very substandard

The room design and the laundry room is excellent, it’s good for people who attending the exhibition as it’s near.

The staff is not willing to take the simple request like borrowing the measuring tape even a 15cm ruler
