Oriental Ginza Hotel Shenzhen

(1) The 2 x double bed is huge. value for money. I think the bed can cater 3 people no problem.(2) MRT station just 2 mins walk from Zhuzilin station exit B2.(3) A nice small roast pork restaurant just out side the hotel, beside the MRT station.

(1) Hotel free wifi No good at all, very slow, you can forget using its wifi. 0 point out of 10 pints(2) Very quiet place, looks like residential area, convenient store need to walk a bit. however the MRT still can bring you around, but inside the MRT you still need to walk a bit.(3) The time when I was checking in, a group of hotel ex-staff was lying on the floor of the hotel lobby asking for their salary, it is a bit negative feeling when you walk into the hotel.(4) Although the bed is huge, but it is a bit hard for me.

Everything seems tiered, non existent internet and the aircon was pathetic. Breakfast over-priced, there are better options in Shenzhen.

Ask for non-smoking room...but still can smell the smoke especially at the corridor. The room is quite clean, but it's time to do the renovation. Unpleasant odor in the room. Upon entering, a strong, stale odor hits me. If we add an additional 200~300++, we can stay at a 5 star hotel. We are staying here because it is convenient for public transportation only.

We requested to keep a very important parcel that was sent to a hotel before we checked in, but the department did not respond. Please contact the department directly. Concierge only next to the reception counter. I'm curious why it's so difficult to assist.

It was good,the hotel seems a bit old fashioned but it was smart and clean.

Position near subway

Staff speak difficulty in English Structure is quite old Not possible to change money with credit card

This hotel is directly in front of a subway entrance. The subway system has 11 tracks that are named in English as well as Chinese. By carrying a subway map i could always find my way back to the hotel.

China is not geared for English speaking tourists. However, most people had a translator App on their phones and were very ready to help me/us when we needed it.

Friendly staffs and nice location many local food around the area.

The air conditioning wasn't working very well, a bit too warm throughout our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the hotel is just two minutes from metro station.

I cannot believe there was a big cockroach inside my room.

Very nice and luxurious hotel with all the amenities you would expect from hotel of this rating. It is practically 50m from Zhuzilin metro station. I had a great stay there. It is also reasonably priced

The only downside is it is located in a rather quite with limited restaurants, shops and cafés.

This was a very good and reasonably prices hotel. Very modern, clean and good amenities. It is located 40m away from MTR station , but the location is rather in a residential area with limited access to shopping centers, cafés and good restaurants.

I like their location next to the MRT and the view is nice to have. Another reason is their breakfast having the traditional one, steamed rice roll.

The room was pretty basic, the hotel room and facilities were dated. It appeared to be a pretty old hotel that is being maintained but not updated. The bathroom shower was too small to be comfortable.

The spa was closed and that was the reason I had booked here instead of other places. It wasn't listed and I only found out when I tried to go.

everything was good, price is the cheapest among nearby hotels but services, especially doorman, securities are so friendly and professional. location is also nearby subway station.

The staff is super nice and cooperative. The hotel is quite old but maintained quite well. There are many facilities such as swimming pool, large gym and yoga room. Very clean.

The receptionist assured that the hotel has sauna at the basement, however the sauna had not been heated in one and a half years.

The hotel has Japanese kitchen on the top floor and the chef was cooking delicious food.
