Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel

Didn’t have an additional bed free of charge.

Fantastic location right downtown 5 minute walk to the convention center, which is where our event was. In case of rain, you can get there through underground tunnels. Staff was fantastic, and extremely accommodating. Front desk staff spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of western options and local tropical fruit. Room was well appointed. We stayed for 11 nights. Overall such a great stay! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staff service was bad and not friendly at all. Room was very old and imbalance floor

Location is about 10 mins walk to the exhibition centre. The hotel is also connected underground to the metro and various shopping malls to help avoid summer heat.

Pleasant

The room given to us faced part of the swimming pool but the other side was the water towers. Street views were more preferred. Sound from the adjacent room was so loud in the morning. Don't know whether it was due to the visitors or the staff making the bed and stuff.

Disappointed

I book roomFor 3 pax The bed is too small looks like super single bed . Booking.com charge me room for 3 pax and gave me this room without extra bed . Very disappointed. Staff told me this is a 2 pax room and not suppose to be 3 . Please take out room for 3 pax in your system .

Comfy beds

Oldy work out rooms. Too much waiting for elevators and too crowded. Breakfast crowded

Staff were helpful, the hotel was well presented, clean and impressive

The indoor pool was being repaired and was closed. The outdoor pool was very cold and we had to buy swimming caps to be able to swim in it.

Breakfast options were catered for the chinese tourists, a small selections of western diets were available.

As a non smoker, I wish the hotel (hotels in China in general) would reinforce the no smoking indoor policy much better.My friends and I could smell the lingering cigarette smell in our room and the hallway.

Clean room and bathroom

Breakfast has NONE vegetarian choice apart from fruits and bread , even noodles, rice and vegetables were all with meat . We have stayed at other 5 star hotels and they have vegetarian choices . The Italian restaurant was shut down despite showing signs all over the hotel . It’s misleading . They should remove the signs if yeh restaurant is shut. We went up to the restaurant it was empty , door was open then we checked with the staff they said not in business anymore.

Yum good selection of foreign breakfast items would be good if there was maple syrup or chocolate sauce with the waffles but when I asked I received it. VIP lounge was wonderful. Loved the long pillows and comfy bed. Needed translation app as staff didn't usually speak english but app worked well.

Good hotel at a great place. But, the breakfast is same for the 4 days of stay...it was boring after one day.....

Perfect location in the heart of Futian, close to Railway station, parks, and shopping malls.

This hotel is one of first high class hotels in Shenzhen. Not it's already old and requires renovation. Breakfast was a little poor and not so delicious as you expect from 5 start hotel.

It is located right at the center of Shenzhen, with direct access to metro and a few minutes walk to a railway station. The room with city view and access to lounge is worth its price.

Vaule is high no balacoony and no water toclean after bee in bathroom

The hotel location was superb, with access to train and multiple malls were located within walking distance, thus finding something to eat was easy.

The breakfast was ok, but the selection maybe a bit limited for 5-stars hotel, and the choices for non-meat eater was limited. The room's layout was a bit old design.

Room is very spacious, restaurants are good, gym is well equipped, staff are very efficient and speak well English. Location is also very nice.

The access through taxis/cars is sometimes crowded

Location is excellent. A lot of restaurants and shopping malls and close to metro stations.

Smelly and dirty carpet in the room. Because of bad smell and dirty carpet, we have requested changing 2 times of rooms.
