- The food.
- The rooms were nice but that is about it.
- The water park for the kids is noce
Cons -
- Customer service poor, some activities advertised weren?t provided, iron wasn?t working twice. Cleaning in room wasn?t always thorough. additional charges for some activities assumed to be included in the all inclusive experience. Not happy and son bored
- the hotel staff is horrible. No customer service. I will never go back there. The SpongeBob character never showed up. The app for reservations for the dining never worked. When I tried to complain then those staff members were no show
- The food is terrible, not enough plates, cups , cutlery.. yore constantly begging to get the basics Bad service, attitude from staff they clearly don?t want to work Bad management. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
