- The room and the bath were private and it was a cozy apartment villa within walking distance to the supermarket.
- nice, tasteful, atmospheric interiors. Very Clean n8ce garden.
- The community is a safe and gated area, and the rooms are of good size. Each room includes a mini refrigerator, air conditioning, and a TV. Netflix is accessible for entertainment, and there's a fully equipped kitchen available for use. There's a Super Lama grocery store just a 5-minute walk away, and Bavaro Beach, which has private access, is about a 30-minute walk from the property. The owner, Anna, responds promptly on WhatsApp, making communication easy. Check-in was easy. Supervisor Pepe is very kind, helpful, and attentive. Pepe helped to book our tours to Santo Domingo and Saona Island and the price for the tour we felt was very reasonable. Overall, considering the price, this place offers great value.

- Breakfast could have been included and the kitchen sink was smelly.
- Average not close not so far to the beach.
- Towels, bed sheets, and pillow covers were torn.
