- The hotel not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. Specially staff in the Exclusiv Beach Bar. They were outstanding.

- The rooms needs an update, the bathroom door was an slide door NOT PRIVACY at all. Too many ducks by the pool, No hand towels we had to requested, room service took a while to deliver our order almost 2 hours. The junior suite was not for 6 people.
