Excellent location for air travel to and from Shannon. Very clean, pleasant staff.

Great location super close to airport and a lot of shops. My suitcase broke and they were able to direct me to the perfect shop to get a new one for a good price. Very knowledgeable

How close it is to the airport.

The thinks we didn't like: The black mold in the bathroom, a bathroom door that closed, an AC unit that worked, the smoke smell, and the quality of the food. Wish I eat at McDonald's instead of the restaurant.... would had been a better meal.

Love the atmosphere and there is great food in the pub and restaurant. It is convenient to the airport and there is a service station next door for conveniently topping off the rental car.

No, but it would be nice if the hotel had airport shuttle service.

The kitchen closes earlier than the website states, Leaving our family scrambling. We tried to order room service to our room at 8:45pm and Katherine would not let us. She stated, the cook would NOT let the food get cold. We just needed food for our kids, we did not mind if the food was cold as long as they had something to eat but she would not let that go. The internet did NOT work during our whole stay. Which was one of the reasons we chose this place because we needed the internet. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and cigars!!! There is NO lift to our room! It was all together a NO for our family. Would NOT recommend

Flexible last minute booking, my daughter's flight was diverted due to storms, she was exhausted after a trans-atlantic trip, they facilitated her check in and comfort while we drove to meet her from Dublin in the middle of the night. She was fast asleep and snug when we arrived.

Kind staff, good breakfast, and free parking.

The restaurant has excellent food. The rooms were clean. We were not bothered by staff during our stay (which was fairly short, since we arrived late for check-in, and had an early flight). The reservation and check-in process was seamless, and easy. A very reasonable place close to the Shannon airport.

The rooms are a bit small. The tub/shower is a bit high off the floor, making it a challenge if you are older, or have mobility issues (we don't, but I could see it being a problem if you have trouble stepping high to get in and out of it). In addition, the glass shower flip door has no seal, so water ends up all over the floor.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful and front desk went out of their way to get us in a room so we could rest after our flight from US.

The property lacked air conditioning in our room and the heat was unbearable! Property was dated.

The hotel was in a good location very clean rooms

I didn't like the fact that someone was cleaning the terrace at 8am with Jet wash and hoover next to my room at 8am wasn't very nice either Not a very good rest

Staff were so helpful - very cute little place very close to the airport. Buzzy, nice restaurant in the evening and great breakfast.
