Authentic, location, cleanliness

Lack of bath (particularly after hard day skiing) but always knew that as have stated before. Bathrooms good standard

Great location near the train station the lake and lots of shops and restaurants. Lovely decor blending traditional style with new modern touches. Super warm and comfortable. Breakfast omelette was tasty as.

Our room was right next to first floor reception so had a bit of people noise early in the morning and felt less private. Towels could be bigger. No kettle in room. Was quite expensive but it was peak season.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms with lots of wood, clean, extremely friendly and attentive staff, family atmosphere, great breakfast.

The hotel was really beautiful. The staff was so kind and the room have a romantic style. The hotel have a central position so you can go where you want by foot. They give to me a special card for go up to the mountains and I had the opportunity to see the Bear. The experience was great. For sure I will come back

We were warmly greeted by the owners/managers. And, we were made to feel like part of the family. The woodsy, ski lodge energy, the modern, comfortable room and the lift to second floor were exactly what we’d hoped for. Breakfasts we beautifully presented. Loved Hotel Vetter so much we are plannning a return trip.

Very near Arosa station and obersee. Near bus stop for local bus that goes to hornli express and other places

perfect location for lazy persons: 1 min from train station, 10 seconds to ski rent & ski lift

The Vetter staff was really nice, and went out of their way to help us have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, especially the birchermüseli and bread selection. The view was lovely, and the room was comfortable.

Some minor issues: The room didn't have a coffee machine or water kettle. I could have paid extra to get one, but it seems like something that should be included by default. The rooms weren't very sound-proof, and I could hear the neighbor's TV (and they could probably hear ours too!).

Fabulous breakfast, delicious dinner, helpful and friendly staff. Booking for next year.

Restaurant is excellent, location is as good as it gets. Cute cabin atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and everything perfectly clean!

No iron/ironing board available

The room was really pretty with a lot of wood and swiss decor. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super nice!! The food at the restaurant was delicious. Location was great, right next to the ski lift.

The hotel smelled like food all the time because of the restaurant. It was almost impossible to get a reservation for dinner at the hotel AS GUESTS. The room was too small for three people and the closet space was tiny, especially because snow gear is so bulky and you definitely need more room for all the clothes.

Everything!!! The hotel was perfectly located next to the Tschuggen Ost ski lift and train station, the beds were super comfortable, the rooms are bigger than average, the shower was fantastic, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was simple but delicious. I can’t recommend enough. We had such a great stay here and we will definitely come back.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff

Lovely hotel in the heart of Arosa. Train station is right next to the hotel. Loved internal features, cleanness, location , staff attitude , room size and small details . Breakfast is sufficient (no buffet ) Staffs are going out their way to help . Smiley team;-)

hotel location is amazing with the ski lifts and the train station just a couple of meters away.the restaurant was very good too and we really liked the wooden design of the room

the doors are a bit thin so the noise from the corridor was heard quite a bit

everything! it’s literally two minutes from the train station, a ski chair lift and a gondola. friendly stuff, beautiful design, and omg how comfortable the bed was! I locked the breakfast as well! very convenient to get your ski pass at the reception desk directly, and I could leave my backpack with them to pick up later! stunning place really!

Not a lot unfortunately

A lot of noise in the room from kitchen and reception. We told this to the receptionist but she didn't seemed to care.Pillow too soft. Breakfast was limited because of covid, this is why I will not rate it but it was very limited. Staff really unfriendly

Coffee is excellent. Breakfast sufficient for my liking. The wait staff always very friendly and courteous. Location of the cozy Vetter Hotel couldn't be better: Right next to train station, ski lifts and even ski rental is in-house. A short walk to lake, shopping and restaurants.
