The rooms are very nice and spatious. The location is great - 5 mins walking from the railway station. The SPA is wonderful: sauna, pool with a nice view, outdoor relax space.

The quality of the restaurant is not as high as the one of the hotel. Also, there were quite some mistakes in taking our orders for breakfast -- nothing impossible to solve, but still, one notice these problems since all the rest is perfectly organized.

Big, spacious room, great breakfast and amazing spa!

The swimming pool was great.

Service and assortment in ski shop in the hotel is not as high standard as the hotel. The ski gear dry cabinet was not working.

Excellent property and General manager took special care of us. even drove us back to the station. very nice stay in this Hotel.

the service at the breakfast was not good. had to constantly ask for what I ordered only for them to forget.

Breakfast was fine.Lunch in the sunshine on the terrace was delightful.Collection from and transfer back to the station made live a lot easier.

CHF 6 for a bottle of still water at the table is a rip off, when the same is available free at breakfast and in the bedroom.

Great service with warm greetings and professional courtesy. SPA area is relaxed yet with privacy.

Staff was unbelievably nice, friendly, accommodating and made the stay fantastic! The facilities were very nice, plenty of things to do. We had good food and nice hiking, scenery.

Switzerland is expensive. Downhill mountain biking is not for me!

We had a wonderful stay.Excellent breakfast. Loved the selection including omelets made to order. The dinner was also excellent. The hotel was new and modern yet it had a cozy feeling.

The air in the room got stuffy at night. The air circulation was not enough.

Large room and beautiful bathroom area very wall appointed. View from the balcony stunning mountain views and the lake. The spa area at this hotel was great. Breakfast there was a great choice, with eggs cooked to order. Staff and hotel manager very welcoming and informative of the best places to visit during our short trip. Would return to this hotel

Beautiful modern architecture whilst maintaining a Swiss theme, excellent parking underground and rooms with a view.

Very new and excellent facilities, loved the SPA and indoor pool and the room was large and cozy. Great to have daily activities planned for you (in addition to skiing). The yoga teacher was great.Breakfast was also great, had plenty of choice, both on the buffet and a la carte.Easy to reach with a short walk from the train station.

Despite all personnel was trying their very best and, individually, they are all very nice people, it felt there is an overall lack of organisation. Rooms were made very late in the day (we would find the cleaning lady in the room at 3pm when coming back from skiing). On the first day we found the saunas off and needed to wait an hour to use them (they simply forgot). We could give a lot of other small example.. all to say that with a bit more attention to details in the service, the stay would have been rated higher

Such a relaxing place after a long day in the mountains around Arosa. Amazing new hotel with super professional staff and modern facilities. A great spa to exercise and relax, wonderful cozy rooms that are quiet and comfortable with contemporary design. Super central and close to all there is to do in Arosa. We loved how welcoming they are with dogs, and our puppy was certainly happy to stay at the Valsana! We were also surprised by the many interesting activities that the hotel proposed daily. We will gladly be back.

Breakfast was a little disorganised or missing items at times but staff was always positive and available to fix the issue. For the hotel restaurant Twist, we would have loved also a more varied menu for repeat guests like us, as the choices were limited or veering towards expensive. A note on the cost of tap water, which we found too expensive (6 CHF) compared to a bottle of Coke or a cocktail.
