Friendly staff, always willing to help.The hotel is nice decorated and the room is spacious. Although the hotel is around 8 min walk from the lift, they offer shuttle to take you to the lift. (But you still need to walk downhill when you come back but it is manageable for snowboarders like us)

The heating is quite noisy in our room.No heating for the boots in Ski storage room.

As a traveler, I like accommodations that provide very clean rooms, with comfortable beds.In hotel Seehof - Arosa has a nice decor, and the view from the window is fantastic, it’s always great to have a balcony, a sitting chair and disk inside. WIFI and other amenities are present. I also like the quiet in my room at night.Location is always important to be close to where I am going. Friendly front desk with fast check - in / check - out service.

Should be mentioned that hotel is down a very steep hill and challenging walking up to train/shops.

Needs full renovation and enhance the food menu. and the atmosphere of the hotel is not comfortable.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free ski shuttle was super convenient. The hotel was clean and very nice, with a great location. Breakfast was also amazing! I highly recommend it.

The breakfast staff were very friendly, they make you eggs fresh. Shuttle van that take you directly to the ski lift, which is great since the hotel is down in the village which is pretty steep.

Ski room didn't have a boot dryer.

Very friendly staff, uncomplicated check-in, comfy and very clean rooms. The breakfast was also excellent with freshly prepared eggs to order. Will come back. The shuttle service to the ski lift was a pleasant surprise!

Great location with fantastic view from South facing rooms. Quiet and spacious single room. Freshly cooked hot bacon and eggs at breafast a real treat after 2 weeks of the usual cold congealed stuff you usually get at other hotels, if at all. Dinner in the evening was basic but very good. Excellent host Kayla who spoke perfect english (put my poor french very much to shame) very helpful. The hotel is looking a bit tired in places but everything was fit and functional. I will stay there again, good value.

A quiet location just below the village centre. Excellent shuttle service every half hour in the morning to the ski lifts and arrival departure shuttle to the railway station which was appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and eggs cooked to order. Could have done with a wider choice of Jams maybe? The restaurant was exceptional with an excellent evening menu - couldn’t fault it. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful - typical Swiss hospitality!

Disappointing that the satellite TV didn’t include ANY English speaking channels.

Room good (had to change room after the first night to a more modern room) which wasn't too much of a problem. No kettle in room which would have been nice. No public lounge area in hotel to sit in (just a breakfast room and restaurant). The reception staff were very helpful. Boot room is a bit out of date, not secured and damp (no boot dryers etc). I would not have left my own skis in there. The van that was meant to take people up to the lifts a ten minute up-hill walk away was a little hap-hazard in timings and as a result I didn't use it. For the money the hotel in general was good value for money but a little dated in terms of furnishing in public areas.

We liked a lot the restaurant area, the breakfast, the spacious room and the very comfortable beds. We also appreciated the navette service to the nearest lift, the hotels location and the pet friendly attitude. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good wifi, very useful ski room and comfortable parking.

Taking into account that prices in Arosa are astronomical, this hotel was exceptionally good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Very nice atmosphere in partly this old and authentic, partly renovated hotel in the style of 'le pain quotidien'.

There is hardly any storage space in the bathroom (although there is space enough to add shelves). I had to spread my stuff out on the floor.
