Apple Tree Hotel

Location of the Apple Tree is excellent, you can walk in 10 min to City center and main attractions. Highlight of my short stay was relaxed atmosphere and 5 star customer service. Front desk was helpful and make me feel Im at " Four Seasons " resort at li

Cleaning level should be worked out more.

Location and roof top dining and the staff

Needs some update but it’s in old town and great value for the money

Central location, nice and professional staff, good breakfast, good cleaning service

Due to its central location, expect a bit noise and loud sounds

Everything , plus everything is rlly close to it , and also private parking to park your car . Its 15euro per day if someone needs that info ?

It’s small room , butttt still comfy ?

This hotel in Sultanahmet is within easy walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in the shower, a tea kettle and a mini refrigerator. An ample, varied, and delicious breakfast is served on the terrace each morning starting at 8:00. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Atilla who works at the front desk during the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was the best part for me, pretty complete and diverse! Rooms are big and clean. The guy at the reception was also attentive

Great location, respectful staff, delicious breakfast with a beautiful terrace view, and prompt refill of all items. The place is clean.

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak, and the internet speed was only fair—not very fast. The air conditioning wasn't automatic and ran continuously, which could be uncomfortable at times. I had to turn it off and on manually because it made the room very cold.

breakfast only

I booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, we were given a room without one. We had to request a change, which should not have been necessary since we clearly selected a balcony room during booking.Things only got worse from there. I left some accessories in the room, and when I returned, they were gone — despite the fact that I never even requested housekeeping. The staff repeatedly said the manager would handle it, but I never heard from him. No one followed up, no apology was offered, and the attitude from the staff was indifferent at best. One staff member even admitted we should be refunded, but nothing ever came of it.On top of that:-The fridge door was completely broken. A staff member said it would be fixed the next day — it wasn’t.-The hairdryer in the room was sparking, and the replacement they gave us didn’t work either. Again, we were promised a new one, and nothing happened.Absolutely nothing met expectations. This was a horrible experience overall — unprofessional service, poor facilities, and a total lack of accountability. Completely overpriced for what you get.If you're looking to stay in the Sultanahmet area, I strongly recommend you choose somewhere else.

Good Location.Good breakfast and staff.

Fantastic location - a couple of minutes away from Sultanahmet sites and very close to the coastal path, where I had the most amazing walk (turn left at the hotel - you won’t regret it!). Terrace for breakfast was wonderful; great selection of foods. Each morning there was a different selection of Turkish salads and eggs. Very filling! Bedroom was as in the photos. Excellent water pressure in shower. Mineral water available daily. Overall, for the price, this is a great budget hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lack of wardrobe shelves to store clothes.

Great location♥️ The hotel is in the alley behind Blue Mosque with 4-5 minutes walk. The hotel reception (Faxriddin) is very friendly and helpful and can provides any assistance you may need during your stay. He helped me with transportation information and tell me how to get to Otogari to catch my bus. The breakfast is superb. I love it.

The elevator is a bit small and some can feel claustrophobia.

Very convenient! Great location ? Mahdum, Can and Faxridim was very helpful to me.

Despite a small glitch with the airport transfer, our stay at Apple Tree was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring main sights, and breakfast on the terrace with a sea view was a lovely bonus. We would like to especially thank Mahdum, Can and Faxredin for going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

The room is a little small, but that's expected for a historic neighborhood location.

The proximity of this property is perfect. We short walked to every famous location around with no hassle. It’s close to public transportation which made our stay easy and exploring even better. The staff suggested cool activities. We tried the luxury boat dinner and it was wirth every dime. Not overpriced compared to the market.

Apple Tree Hotel has a great location and excellent staff

I didn't like the furniture; it felt outdated

The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the terrace overlooking the sea was stunning. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and available at any time at the front desk, solving everything quickly and efficiently. The hotel is centrally located, so everything is within walking distance.

There wasn’t anything major I didn’t like, but a few small improvements could make the stay even better.
