Hotel Sonartori

Location rooms

Smell , food ! They should use more freshners around as people who are non vegetarian can't bear the smell

Great location in the center, coffee in the Cafe excellent! Large, comfortable room with TV, coffee and tea provided plus all wc amenities.

Bar plays loud music until after 4am on Saturdays.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sonar Tori and was thoroughly good service and cleanliness. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

Location is good and staff are well behave

Bed is not comfortable, Breakfast not up to the mark, Toilet amenities quality is poor, for 2 persons they provided just 1 bottle Mineral water, 1 towel

Room size is sufficient at a satisfactory level.

There was no swimming pool.whr as the room charge is high. They don't know whether they have facilities for international credit cards or not.The kitchen room is on till 9.30 pm.Whereas kitchen service sud is provided round the clock. There are so many points that can highlight if I intend to do so. Cause they r charging the level of 4 stars.

Not at all a 3 star hotel, pretty ordinary hotel with spacious room, very shabby toilet, shower curtain length short that causes water splatter all around, makes the toilet disappointing, no toothpaste and brush supplied, they allow noisy group events until 12 midnight, food is very good, one staff at the restaurant very impressive in his behaviour and professionalism, unfortunately don't remember his name but I took a picture with him (attached)

Reception and Housekeeping staff good

Please maintain clean for toilets

I think front desk is ok otherwise all bad

In the around 10am i wake up and saw there is no tooth paste in the wash room. I called for it and reciver said he will send someone with. I have waited and saw nobody till i have left the room and decided to not to stay anymore. I checked out around 11. Electric sockets was not working as well. Its a average hotels service and all. But the prices is like ??

Food was tasty and delivery was quite fast.

Slippers not provided. Better Foot mat outside the bathroom could be given. Nothing complementary provided for us not even breakfast.Break fast pricing is quite on the higher side.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean bathroom, safe area,

Smell in corridors so advise spray, Youtube not working possibly slow Wifi, staff should be added (very less), ordered food during dinner (came after 50minutes).

For approx Rs 4000/- stay from evening 5 pm to 11 am. We found it costly. No complimentary breakfast

For a stain of a 25 paise on pillow case they was charging Rs 100. When we saw it was chocolate stain.

location,well maintained and clean

Kitchen closed at sharp 10pm so customer only have to take sandwich, bread toast at night after 10pm only..

Stay was good. Hotel was good.. Location and food taste is also good.. But how to serve the food is very bad.I stayed for two days... I asked for dosa.. But the both day they denied.. Second when I order aloo partha.. They didn't serve cured or achhar or any other things. When order food.. They don't even provide normal salad like onion or nothing..With food taste it was good but service was bad.. Location and other things are good.

it’s one of the 2 available options so was okay !

rooms are outdated, bed linen should be replaced with new one and should renovate the bathroom

Location is excellent Most happening neighbourhood Good restaurants around

Worst wifi serviceBad breakfast Old property need major renovation Low lightings in the room. No good street views from the rooms

Location was good.

Room service wasn't maintained regularly. Had to call/remind for room service, even then it was slow, only toiletries were topped up and the room/bathroom wasn't cleaned regularly. This hotel appeared to be overpriced for it's standard.

Room were clean and size was decent, well behaved staff and ya they are couple friendly

They should probably get a bathtub in the washroom

Very confortable bed and nice shower system, big room, good facilities, overall it's a nice hotel

Cigarette smell in some room

Very much polite and wel behaved stuff.Compare with other hotels like hotel rajdhani this hotel is too much better. When i visit again at agartala I will definitely stay in hotel Sonar Tori and going inform my relatives and friends about this hotel.

Very good

In bengali thali ( non veg chicken ), amount of rice is too less in respect of Rs 529
