Reception work was very slow , and there was no guide regarding room orientation,facility,food services etc..

Facilities and it's location was good ,

just that the booking voucher I had was only for half a day, I mean it was a pointless voucher - who stays for half a day while booking, inwas informed of this only after checkin , I had to extend my booking, the staff didn't agree in the beginning and was insisting I had to pay a full nights fare all again, I had to argue that I will the pay the remaining balance for the night fare and it will be fine, after some time they agreed

I like the simplicity of the interior and the process of checking in. No disturbances happened during my stay. I like the packaging of tooth paste and brush.

No subscription in set top box.

Not very clean, bad wifi, small rooms as per the price, chair was bad, washroom was not very clean.

The staff was extremely tired all the time and taking lot of time for everything. Right from checking in to checking out to ordering food everything just took a lot of awesome time and that was really disappointing.

The lobby and restaurant look very modern after the recent refurbishment.

The biggest minus was that the wifi did not work at all in my room. Only in the lobby/restaurant I was able to connect.

Old room. Appliances doesn’t work. No response after 12 am to 5 am. Noisy room. Doesn’t protect from outside noises

Before taking guest into the room.. authority should check room's amenities.

I've to request to provide for room slippers, water bottles, toilet tissue several times...which disappointed me very much... it's totally unfair.

Non smiling staff. Looks more like a prison than a hotel. Shabby room. Old and decaying furniture. Plug points fridge and electric kettle don't work. A coffee billed for Rs. 173/- is served in a plastic cup ??

Room service , 1. I have requested empty plates and bowls and i got after 40 minutes and that too with incomplete 2. Tissue paper was not available in the room

Location

Not worth for the money, it was like lodge near railway station. Given room instead of 2 pm after 2 hours of arrival. Added to that no lift worked to go to 2nd floor with language, AC didn’t worked. Asked for two different beds but gave single bed for two adults it wasn’t comfortable at all - over all worst experience

I booked the hotel for 22nd to 23rd and in booking site Check in time displayed 22nd 2 PM to 23rd 12 noon and accordingly booked at at price of Rs.2550.00 but when I reached hotel , Receptionist informed that booking was for 2 PM TO 5 PM on 22nd August only and I can't cancel and full money will be non refundable.The receptionist claimed another Rs 1120.00 for booking from 22nd to 23rd August.This is simply a scam and planned fraud by booking.com and hotel.and both are responsible for this fraud.No customer care response on phone call/SMS by booking.comRoom was not ready upto 3 PM and after spending so much money in a hotel where rate was much higher than its condition.Total hotel under renovation work and lots of noise,dust, no proper reception area,no room service and no attempt for customer service and ideally hotel should not run in this situation until renovation work completed.Shocking that this property managed by TATA Group and TATA GROUP also involved with such type of fraud business.I WILL NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM & NEVER WILL BOOK ROOM AT GINGER HOTEL.

It was very horrible experience. Room was not clean, Stinky, toilet was not clean.

Location is good and staff were nice ?

Rooms are poor . Work was going on so lots of disturbance . Food quality poor and charges high

Total hotel is under renovation including restaurant of basement, elevator area, outside view etc.

Housekeeping staffs are cleaning toilet floor and bed room floor by same mop!! So dirty.

I recently stayed at Ginger Agartala and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and cleanliness.
