Everything was great and clean. Very kind staff.

Limited variety of food on breakfast.

Staff was nice but facilities terrible. Coffee maker in room.

WiFi did not work in room only at other end of hallway. Electrical outlets placed totally stupidly. Phone in room doesn’t call reception. Staff at reception leaves at 10 pm. Impossible to get help with anything after that. I left a day early because it wasn’t sustainable.

A little noisy overnight with people going in and out of their rooms along the corridor but it was the weekend so probably busier than normal.

I was totally satisfied with this accommodation. Arrival at midnight was not a problem thanks to a night security guard who checked me in. Everybody was very friendly, it was a pleasure to talk to all the people here. The single room was small but very comfortable, clean and with a nice smell, with a beautiful view on a calm industrial zone. Especially the bed was great, not too soft, with perfectly clean linens. Coffee and tea for free ready for preparation in the room. Amazing bistro-café to take breakfast at just next to the reception, with good coffee, sandwiches, bagels. The hotel is in walking distance (20 mins) from the train station. I sincerely loved it here and it would be a pleasure to come back! Thank you.

I found some hair in the bathroom and there was no shampoo, only liquid soap. But these are only minor imperfections.

Amazing friendly professional and helpful staff. Delicious and big range of healthy breakfast. Great value for money though.

Breakfast - not big choice and only limited list where you can choose only one meal, if you want more you need to pay.Water in bathroom not enough hot.

The place is quiet, excellent breakfast and comfortable location, free parking.

In the room there is very noisy refrigerator.

Breakfast could be more diverse and a bit bigger. There were nothing for dessert. No pastry, no cupcakes, nothing like that

The location is close to the center of Zabrze. Good access by car is also to Gliwice. Delicious breakfast served by a nice and always smiling lady from Bistro Bajs! The lady from the hotel reception is also kind and helpful. I recommend this place!

If you are sensitive to outside noise, you will be disturbed by the cars who are driving under the building

Perfect accomodation in a small town like that. If you are on visiting or buisness trip, it is a perfect choice.

Can be solved that you could go easily in to the building in the late night hours. Waiting to the security stuff is uncomfortable.
