Bimala Hotel

The most awkward thing was to sail through the small approach road which is almost always blocked by lots of two-wheelers parked on both sides of the road. It was a tiresome job to cross that 250-300 mtrs patch of road , specially a tough job to drive a four wheeler on that patch of road.

There was actually nothing special about this property. It is basically not a hotel. So there were no amenities/service like a hotel. It is just an overnight shelter with a room, a bed and a tiny washroom. Nothing else. But it was neat and clean.

The hotel is modern, clean and the beeding was super comfortable. The staff was exceptional,very friendly and accommodation

This hotel was a nice budget place to stay, and the staff were very helpful with anything I needed! A couple of the staff members speak excellent English as well which is a bonus for foreign tourists. The room was a good size and definitely one of the cleanest places I've stayed in at this budget range.Location-wise it's good for quick access to restaurants, shops etc, however most hotels on or close to Mahatma Ghandi Main Road will have this.

Unfortunately the hotel operates a curfew of around 10:30pm which was not listed on booking.com or mentioned to me at check-in. They were flexible with this however if I let them know I would be back slightly later.Bimala is about a 40 minute walk from the train station so there are definitely closer places to stay if that's your priority (although those will also be a 20 minute walk).

Good Behaviour that matters the most, friendly nature. Welcoming. Near Market Area.

Staffs are very well behaved. They made all the necessary arrangements for our stay in Ranchi and helped us by providing cabs to explore the outskirts of the city at a very reasonable rate. Also special thanks to Sonu bhaiya for taking us on a memorable trip to Netarhat and Lodh falls.

Room was clean, neat. Space was enough.

Overall experience was great but I didn’t liked the system of paying total amount of saty during checking only. And we booked AC room but was provided with non AC room

No towel rail in bathroom. Require a waredrob for luggage & garments. All hoteliers are good behave.

Budget hotel with courteous owners and very clean for an older style hotel. Great value for money and position

I would prefer to not have to ask for towels and soap. And I would recommend to the owner to put toilet paper in the bathroom for foreign travellers.

Air cooler which can run when electricity is gone.Have place to dry your clothes.

The Boy who is handling the customers his behavior is rude. As I booked the hotel through this site; it is clearly mentioned that Check out time is between 10-12 pm. But they starting knock the at 7 a.m and told me to leave the room. After using the washroom I tightly close the tap but still the guy rudely told me to check if it is open or not without he checking it first. When I check it was closed. It is totally misappropriate. Next room he has given it was full of mosquito. I asked for towel. It was very filthy. Same at pillow cover. I am attaching picture of them. As I have exam I don't want to involve in any argument.

Noise.

The room and bathroom was very clean. They even changed the bedsheet and blanket in front of us. The behaviour of the owner and the helping stuff were good. Everyday morning the cleaning stuff used to come to clean the bathroom and the room.

Hot water facility is not 24hrs. You need to ask them to switch the geisure on. The breakfast was good but it was provided at 10am. I felt the owner sometimes become confused. For example: He told that lunch will be provided from their side because he got contacts with a restaurant so one day I asked he was checking from zomato then suddenly he told that the costs of the food are high. Therefore, instead of ordering from zomato, I can go to the nearby shop and get it. ? Obviously, I could have get the food from the zomato app by myself rather than asking him. Apart from this everything is very good. There is a nearby restaurant Tripti the food is tasty and cheap price. So, you can stay in this hotel peacefully without any hesitation.
