Lack of vegan options for breakfast. Should have vegan butter and coconut or oat milk options as a minimum.

Power tripping 3 to 4 times at night for very short period

This hotel charges 4 star rate but lack of some basic facility like whenever power failure it will not automatically swicth on generator and there is gap of 30 sec.......It will be full darkness. Not at all Happy.

Location is great - close to the city and airport. Staff is very pleasant and warm, paid great attention to all our requests. Food is delicious, good variety of dishes served at breakfast.

The building is undergoing some upgrades but didn’t cause much of an inconvenience. However, the rooms and the bathroom fittings need paint and upgrade.

Comfortable and spacious room. Nice bar with the option of outdoor sitting by the lake. Polite and professional staff.

Was there for barely 12 hours so not long enough to make a better judgment.

Loud sound in the room through the night. Unable to sleep. ACs were not functy

Dining, room size.

Noisy crowd in neighbouring rooms made it difficult to sleep on first night. The practice of the hotel to allow rowdy marriage party in premises makes it painful to other guests. Several people were openly roaming around the corridor with alcohol bottles in toxicated condition.

Quite near to airport, by car. In town area. Good walking area around lake next door.

Though I was not taking cleaning services everyday but whenever they were supposed to clean they didn't change the bedsheets for my whole stay. I stayed there for 1 week ,this really disappointed me .2nd ... Wi fi was horrible ??3.. engineering please have a look .. power supply was terrific the first time I have ever this experience without power in hotel.. seriously wasn't expected.. I was sick and couldn't walk .. I had to use the stairs case .. no lifts were working due to Power cut Off

The rooms were very clean, bathrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a restful sleep.

Primarily a business hotel, but fine for a family trip as well. Buffet breakfast and overall food quality at the restaurants were very good. Excellent service with polite and smiling staff. We had checked in early and were initially allotted a small, corner room which we didn't like. On our request, Mr. Mangal at the front desk very promptly arranged a room upgrade free of charge and shifted us to a suite for the rest of our stay. Will also mention Ms. Sangita and Ms. Shilu at the front desk + Ms. Pushpa and Ms. Ishita at the Flavours restaurant.....they were all very courteous and cooperative. Overall, we were very satisfied. Definitely recommended.

While all the basics are in place, the property could be better decorated. Lobby, reception desk, the passages etc look a bit bare; management should consider upgrading the interior decoration.

Breakfast buffet was nice

The reception area ain't fancy and nice, paying 8000rps per night is highly priced
