Hotel is not up to the mark as the amount

I have check-in in the evening 7PM and informed to the staff that the next morning I will checkout at 6:30am because I have to catch the flight and in my hotel cost, breakfast was included which i have paid the amount.and i already informed the staff to pack my brakefast and they agreed for that.When I went to the reception at 6:15am and cleared my bill and asked for the brakefast the reception guy told me it will take 15-20 minutes to prepare the brakefast. When I questioned him that we informed in the night his answer was sorry we forgot.the hotel from outside is good but inside nothing was there as per the price the hotel is not at all good.i don't recommend any one to book the hotel by seeing the pictures in the website.very bad experience....they are claiming it is 4star hotel. It is type of lodge.

Breakfast was excellent, hotel was clean. Very good restuarant with extensive menu. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Location is good on the main road with shops nearby. Can use Ola app to order taxi's or pick up a TukTuk outside hotel.

Very courteous staff. Cleanliness and service was excellent. Room was quite spacious. I booked deluxe room. The complimentary breakfast spread was exceptional. Highly recommended.It is located in the middle of a busy market area. The exterior of the hotel is not very impressive. But once inside, it gives a luxurious feel. I would surely book again.Price is a little on the higher side.All in all, excellent experience!

Amazing service and such great responsiveness of all staff members at reception (very courteous, understanding team), house-keeping (super-quick), room service (quick service, lovely fluffy omellete), restaurant (great breakfast, wonderful ambience with ganpati mantras playing in background).

Entrance is very small and bit unconevntional. The large reception hall is only at 3rd floor. No baggage / personal check at entrance/reception area. Anybody can just walk in to any floor. Could be a potential security issue!

The food spread and quality at the breakfast was very good . The in room dining menu was also good The location of the hotel was excellent.Rooms were generally good and well appointed

The cordial staff who were attentive to the request. 24x7 in-room dining facility. Cleanliness and general staff behavior with respect to guest experience. Never seen in-room dining staff checking on guests themselves to take out the used in-room dining dishes / cutlery, in other places I had to call them to come and clean.And of course the fact that i was given a free upgrade to the Royal suite without even asking. This was cherry on top

Their shuttle doesn’t start before 6:30 -7:00 am and it is a paid shuttle for regular room. Booking.com should stop filtering-showing this hotel for free shuttle and paid shuttle. One can take a taxi/Uber which is cheaper to the airport if that’s the purpose.

not value for money. disappointing overall

very noisy during the nights. they start working on some carpentry work etc making it impossible to sleep. Loud prayer sound comes straight into your room early morning. bathroom doesn’t have hairdryer. breakfast spread is bad.overall, not value for money.

The attitude of the staff is bad

Nice facility. Check in was a breeze and so was the checkout. The staff are attentive, and they proactively come to aid. Noticed my elderly parents and offered a wheel chair at the parking lot. Breakfast buffet is really nice and offers plenty of options.

The check in clerk said that for 3 people to stay in the room, there will be an extra charge. I thought already the reservation would have included that aspect in the room charges. They double checked the info from booking.com and confirmed that the extra charge was already included and there would be nothing else. I would have expected them to check the reservation details before coming to me with an extra charge request. Also, were woken up by the loudspeakers at full volume with prayers from the multiple mosques, all going at the same time.. early in the morning around 4:30 am. There could be better sound insulation to the rooms.

Property has become quite badly run. Now next to a garbage dump. Rooms overpriced for what they are.
