Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi

The cleanliness, the vibes , staff and affordability.

Food menu items and food quality.

Bathroom fittings and curtain, bed cleanliness.

Check in was fast. Room was well maintained.

Room service food was mediocre.

The property was stunning and really comfortable and clean, they surprised us with an upgrade and made our honeymoon even more memorable! All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was good and plenty of options for any taste. Coffee was much better than in Delhi’s hotel.Thank you and will be back when visiting my in laws in Jharkhand! ??

Location. Facilities.

Food quality was average.

Breakfast selection was good and service was prompt.

The area around the hotel was not that great.

Breakfast was good.

I smell cigarettes smoke in corridors almost all floors. I guess people are smoking in corridors. Provided with 1 pair of slippers and tooth brush even though 2 audits were booked. Have no idea why ?

The staff were super friendly and could not have more helpful or charming. The hotel was really clean and comfortable with the beds being some of the most comfortable ever.

The room was very good, the location fantastic, the gym person Aman was very helpful as my son Veeraaj had come for his nationals so he trained him well.Shaan at the reception took extra care and making sure our stay was comfortable.Rajendra at the reception guided us well to the place where we should go shopping as we had limited time. Papaya was fantastic and the best part of the hotel.Caramel cafe was awesome with the girl and the guy with moustache were very helpful in selection (evening time on 11.1.2025). Please check the staff details based on the time and date. Spa was also too good the guy who gave my son the Thai foot spa and Ofcos the Swedish massage.

Breakfast was limited with same things everyday. Can be different and more variety.

Location, Gym, B/fast

No laundry facility.

Nice hotel

Uncomfortable Sleeping Foam Mattress is of not of a 5star rating hotel. Radisson must have good Sprung Mattresses for sleeping comfort.

Nice clean hotel . breakfast is very good . most of the staff are polite

some staff were rude. towels and bedsheets needs to be changed to new as used a lot

Nice comfortable clean. Good breakfast spread

Too much crowd moving around who were just some security/ attendants or whatever for lot of Ranchi bigshots. So much so that you couldn’t even get on in an elevator as the personal security will crowd you out. Imagine a bar where they serve only “ strong beer”! Really!

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were having good amenities . Breakfast spread is very good

Some staff were very rude especially jayanta and the gentleman manning the chaat counter, at the same time most of the other staff were very decent and polite, especially Shankar and all the staff at breakfast. I suppose a uniform training is required as only some were rude. The hotel is very adamant and strict with late check out even if its 30 minutes.

I have tried for complimentry Upgrade as Rooms were available but same were Denied + if we get a welcome Drink it would cherry on d cake

Loved my short stay. The hospitality, the food, the room, the amenities. The Pa Pa Ya restaurant- bar is a must visit for wonderful food & beverages. The check-in and check-out process was smooth as well.

Like Breakfast, gym was decent

No smoking policy was not strictly enforce. I smell cigarette smoke on 1st & 2nd floor corridor as we were given 2 room in 2 different floors.Gave 1 tooth brush and 1 pair of slippers when there were 2 Adults in room

Cleaning and location

Old amenities and slow customer service

Absolutely terrible experience the ACs dont cool enough, bathroom fixtures are broken, the look and feel is awful. Staff largely is not courteous

Everything was awesome, Outstanding ambience everywhere, lovely room & cozi bed very good food, lovely people front desk & house keeping.Gym size & equipments are more than sufficient, lovely open pool as well.Lovely Bar, Spa, Plenty space in basement for car parking.
