Hotel Golden I

Hotel was neat and clean. Everything was well maintained. However hotel was very good to price

When I reached hotel at 10 pm I was allotted a room. Though the room was not bad T.V.was not working. They couldn't find the remote. No Free water was supplied at least for the first time.

There is absolutely nothing to appreciate about this property. The photos on the portal are completely misleading and bear no resemblance to the actual condition of the place.There was no water supply, and the food served was poorly cooked. The restaurant area was unhygienic, with cockroaches running around. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and emitted a foul odor. Floors were unclean, and there was no proper coordination among the staff.Repeated calls to the reception went unanswered, making the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant stay..

I would like to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. The photos on the portal were quite misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the premises.There was no running water during our stay, and the food served was not properly cooked. The restaurant area appeared unhygienic, and we noticed insects in the dining space. The rooms and bathrooms were unclean and emitted an unpleasant odor, while the floors had not been properly maintained.Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the staff, and repeated calls to the reception went unanswered.I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

I like the space of the room. it was good. The staff was polite and they were there to help me out whenever I wanted. Their restraunt food was amazing. You must try their mocktails and chicken 65

TV was not working and there was no sofa as it was mentioned in the description. The room was not precleaned even I requested them before my checkin.

Facility wise it didn't have much drawback.. clean room, good complementary breakfast.

The price that was shown to us on Bookings.com was 1812 while the price that we paid to the hotel was 2029. I tried to understand the difference but the hotel said that's the price they see on there side.

They provide a great and comfortable stay. All staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Their restaurant serves good food. One thing I felt as exceptionally good is their complementary breakfast. It was really yum and also there are a few options to choose from. They also have a rooftop cafe with nice ambience.

I was charged extra money on early check in, the room was not very clean, shelves and table tops are all having use stains, the bed sheet and duvet had hair stuck in it. And when requested to change sheets, the new sheets also had hair stuck in it. When asked the staff explained it can happen sometimes. The bathroom had mold and wasn't very clean. The breakfast was never ready on time and the staff was very careless while serving. They barely showed any interest to requests. The lady at the reception was the only nice thing.

Though stated in Booking.com, staff couldn't understand English.Couldn't get any help with regard to taxi bookings from the hotel.Location and Neighbourhood was within an unclean and a congested area.Does not accept nor any facilities for foreign currency exchange

The approach to the hotel is narrow and the parking is restricted. The parking is just a basement with 5 parking bays for four wheelers. The check in was easy. The front office staff were efficient and ready to help. Since we were driving through an important aspect was the proximity to the highway. The Front office staff guided us and it was a breeze. The rooftop restaurant was very nice.

In room there was no electric kettle and tea making kit.

The rooms are nice and clean.The staff is responsive but late and overall really worth the price point.

Breakfast was limited and no geyser water in shower. There should be provision of electric kettle in the room.

the food from their own restaurant is really bad and they dont let you order zomato or swiggy and they even charge for extra water
