Hotel Grand Rajputana

The FNB was brilliant . The breakfast team and the Room service team was very helpful.They were the only ones who actually pulled up the hotel. Rooms was great and actually quite good at the rate.

Room cleaning was not done by HK. Despite calling up after I come back in the evening they hung up on the face mentioning it would be done and no one actually came . Wanted to extend my stay and requested if I could extend on the last night , they mentioned they will call back , but no one bothered to call back . On check out i was being asked as a FORMALITY how was the stay to which I replied it was not that good. If the FO team was genuinely interested, they should at least empathise and asked where it went wrong to avoid in the future but the receptionist was blank. She was expecting a reply like it was great and was not prepared for it.

Closer to Railway station.

Staff are very rude and have no transparency. Initially, I was told breakfast included but charged for breakfast for one day. Got delayed in reaching hotel for check out. Hotel charged INR2000 for two hours. No proper explanation. Guests are allowed into the hotel qith out proper accommodation booking. No value for money.

Location is good near the Raipur Railway station and not so far from the Airport also. Breakfast was also good.

We had hosted a small get together for 50 guests. The property , ambience and customer experience was awesome right from booking of venue , selection of menu and service of staff .Food as committed was extremely good and met our expectations.

Breakfasts were of Good quality, hygienic, services are good, healthy and well in time.

Room ,bathroom cleaning & housekeeping was good.

hotel is good,room is clean too,restaurant and its food and room service was good......but the day receptionist who was there was not good and proffesional.....reception number wasnt not working ,nobody was picking call except room service.

It was just okay, linen were dirty, TV could not be made operational in my two days stay.?

Disapointing

1) Although I has specifically asked for hotel options with Breakfast - I was told that the same was NOT included in my plan.2) The booking voucher mentioned the FINAL payment amount (including tax) BUT I was charges extra Tax by the Hotel.

The staff is very helful, food is tasty and good portion too, location is also very good as close to railway station but very peaceful ambience.

The hotel has no menu for late night and close all f&b after 11 pm which is unacceptable as we went for work and often came late in night to hotel. Also water bottles, the hotel cannot charge extra on mrp.

Staff were not cooperative appeared busy in some party. They said all rooms have queen size bed when we said for king size bed as we have a little kid.
