Clean & hygienic. Professional staff. Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice with good options. Overall food was also good.

Shower should have a proper partition so the whole bathroom floor doesn't get wet. Also they should install an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

There was no break fast included, three idli and one juice cost me Rs.1067/- where as buffet was available for 500/-

Its just the location which i liked as it has malls and restaurants nearby

Food was horrible for clarks. Staff doesn't know anything about the hotel or the menu. Headless chickens. Everything from the floors to walls was greasy and dirty.

The rooms were swampy... Carpets mouldy. Staff was not good plus they are not taking any card payments. Will ask everyone to avoid this place

The location was good. The restaurant had decent food.

The front office first tried telling me they did not receive the confirmation from booking.com. I showed them the email confirmation, after which they were rude, telling me to find alternate accommodation. Their response disappointed me after paying for the accommodation in advance. I told them I would complain to Booking.com. Following the threat, they asked me to wait and eventually let me have the room. The room and pillows were old and moldy. The walls and furnishings were stained. It had stained carpets.

Poor experience

Room key shortage . So opened by hotel staff and visiting card inserted to light up the room . remote of TV not available due to shortage. Asked for fruits during breakfast . No reply. Even staff tried to avoid looking at me to save self from reply . Old shabby . Smile is of dampness. Iron given is not working properly, Auto cut off not working. Stick to shirt as some material already sticked to its base

Cleanliness they have put one set of pillows with nice clean covers and another set tucked below which were shabby. Things like this raise issue of hygiene standards. Shower glass had water marks

Good breakfast, great staff at the restaurant, nice comfortable room; Special mention to the restaurant staff - they were attentive and catered to every guest's needs. The housekeeping was also decent, as was the room itself. The location - it's near the airport, so it's convenient.

REALLY bad reception staff. I asked for an early checkin (which is subject to availability). Even though the room was available, the receptionist made me wait in the lobby (despite my request which was made 24 hours before my arrival) for 45 minutes, to get the room ready. She was on the phone with another customer, rolling her eyes because of something they said. Similarly, I asked for all invoices to be made ready at night since I was going to check out early morning. I've not yet received those invoices (it's been four days), so you can imagine the underpreparedness of the reception staff.
