Pros +
- The facility is beautiful. A well-designed facility, with many beautiful decorative details. The pools are extremely clean, and the garden and yard are paradise. The staff is very friendly everywhere, high standard of service. The hotel is located in a clean and beautiful part of the city. This is a hotel for vacations, for business meetings. I would love to come again.

Cons -
- The vibes of the property and room were not that great. The room was dull and had no view as well. AC was too old and dirty and overall the property looked old. The paThe staff came with dinner and said we will bring the bill later on to sign which sounded odd. On the first go through property itself was difficult to find and the parking was in the ground while the reception was in the basement. Came to know you could park in the basement as well but no one was there to guide you. Not sure which type of club was it but the students were playing cricket at night in the parking lot and I was worried if they hit the glass of my car but no one to look into. In fact when I went to get a bottle of water from my car, I was stopped by the guard asking me to come from the basement as I had a stay. Overall okay ish stay.
- Need to improve the breakfast. Too little choices. Dosas were crisp & very good. Fruits were sparse. Only sour grapes and papaya that was almost raw.
- Worse .. not proper tv connectionNot proper hygeneEven for badminton court locals are preferred over the people who have booked the hotelReception staff is blunt and non coporating
