In Room Dinning Service is extremely extremely POORRoom Clearance service is Pathetic & Hopeless.

Horrible, dirty hotel with very bad food and Completely irresponsible general manager

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in! The staff could not manage silence at night, so I did not sleep at all. Lazy people not reacting to my request for half an hour at 3 am in the morning when I was asking security to shut up the drunk neighbour playing crazy loud music in his room. It was More important for them to make him comfortable than to let me sleep. It took them 1 hour to turn off electricity in his room and in this way turn off loud tv. After one hour he turned it on again. In the morning the rude manager of the hotel told me it was not hotel’s responsibility that i did not sleep the whole night. That it was the guest’s fault. They charged me standard for the room. Breakfast was disguasting. Watermelon juice Had More water in it than juice. No variety of anything available. Very small bathrooms with missing amenities.I do not recommend that hotel!!! Horrible service, dirty rooms and the hotel manager who doesn’t understand that his task is to take care of the customers, not himself. Never again i will be back there!

The Ambience was nice

The pool timing should be better.The security check is too much and sometimes it's wierd since coming late night makes us face many questions from the securities

Food is good

The front office staff is very clumsy. Very poor coordination. Multiple people calling for same things. Over anxious to settle bills, even couple of hours before check-out, this despite the room tariff was already paid.

The property was very spacious and clean and the staff was vey hospitable.The best part is it was available at very affordable rate.

Furniture in the room is old and wearing out.Table corners are chipping out, chair leather is chipping out, stains on the couch. Floor is also old and stained and worn out.

Hotel rooms are clean, hygiene maintained, spacious. Staff was helpful.

Pool time is very limited due to night restaurant hence would love to have pool separate from hotel. Plus hotel location is bit off from main road.

Staff calling on room phone to sell spa package and disturbing by calling again. After few hours of I checked in staff knocked door to put toilet roll. I felt disturb during my relaxing time.

I have stayed at Hyatt as well, however found Sayaji better. The food and room size is better here. The facilities are nice and well kept.

The reception and restaurant staff needs training on basic customer handling. Some of the staff are hampered by language barriers. I liked the staff efficiency in Hyatt and were always ready to help.
