Great delicious breakfast, plenty of options on Indian continental dishes, and some healthy stuffs too.

Wifi connectivity on my floor 6th was very poor.

Breakfast was fine and the location is good

Not worth the money paid for the stay. The basic requirement of having the table in the room to have food was not there. It took more than 45 minutes to get the table which was also in bad shape. Room service ordered on first day took more than 50 minutes for the basic items ordered.

While booking the rooms were having bath tub but I was given a very small room and no bath tub

I loved the corner King sized room. The view was amazing and the convenient location was perfect The best hotel in Raipur

I thought it a bit annoying when I was trying to take a nap, 2 different staff came to drop off gifts of food. This should be done immediately after checkin or ask me if I want it.

Great clean hotel, good restaurant, nice views and efficient wifi

Restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, good buffet breakfast with excellent service

Weird room design which has wash basin at the center of the room, had never seen such bad room design. If one person is taking shower, the other cannot go to pee also because only one sliding door is there which will either cover bathroom or WC. Strange and bad at the same time

Hotel was good, Anchal is good front desk associate.

It would have been better if breakfast platter could have had more continental items.

Good location and friendly staff and specially thee way they helped me when needed some urgent cash. Staff in restaurant were also very friendly

My room window was completely covered from outside and no natural light in the room. It was like my room does not have a window. This was suffocating.

Excellent rooms. was very well located for us. Staff was so helpful and went out of their way every time. A superb breakfast buffet and the dinner was also excellent. A big thank you to the entire restaurant, reception and housekeeping staff!

Entire staff of the hotel is extremely courteous and friendly. The mangers, restaurant staff and the housekeepers all of them have been very nice. Looked after our requirements very efficiently. Thank you ??

Allow ordering food late night and food quality was excellent

Service is excellent. Aniket helped us a lot during our breakfast on our last day. Other staffs also provided us with excellent service with smiling faces. Please pass on our thanks to the excellent staff you have in Hyatt Raipur.

Rooms were a bit small.

Amazing hospitality, in breakfast a lot of varieties and delicious ? my grandson got special treatment by cutting a cake ? by crews ? Gesture is highly appreciated ?

Bad experience

Rooms were smelling.. changed the room twice ultimately settling for a room which was not upto the mark.

While the staff work really hard to arrange for guests convenience, but sometimes we may not arrive as per the check in/out schedules of the facility. The check in time at Hyatt Raipur is from 12:00 noon onwards and I arrived at 9:30 AM, I had notified this over email. The staff made all efforts to contact me on my phone, but I was travelling from The Netherlands, and could not pick the call. I reached the hotel after a 20 hour travel and had to wait for some time (approx. 30 mins) before my room was made available. Thank you for the help in arranging for the room out of the schedule.

While the room was arranged within 30 mins of my arrival, it was difficult for me to connect with the reception beforehand to get the room arranged on time. It will be good help if there can be a way to make this request addressed going forward. No issues with my satisfaction, just a small inconvenience. I hope this feedback is taken with the right spirit.

That particular room and breakfast. It was an east facing room and I got plenty of sun in the morning through glass walls. Loved the design of the room- small and cozy- exactly what I needed. I loved the breakfast - simple healthier- I needed that. I wanted to see if they could change the way to place the lids of the serving dishes as those were quite heavy and while doing self service it wasn't so easy to understand where to put the heavy lids of each of the serving pots placed over the counters. Probably a heating pad nearby may feel more natural to put the lid. In its absense there was confusion if I could or should put it down directly over the countertop (uncleanliness and dust factors?). It was Christmas time so I liked the decoration of tree also. Staff was young and friendly.

The second room I got made me feel very happy about my decision to stay at Hyatt Raipur and not go to a local hotel as it was just a resting day for me nothing else.

CLEANLINESS

TELEVISION WAS BASIC FORMAT. IT SHOULD BE A SMART TV. SO WE CAN WATCH NETFLIX.
