- The rooms were not clean, and the AC, TV, and Fridge were not working. The staff was rude. I went with my girlfriend and every staff member was staring at her like they had seen a woman for the first time. I never revisit them again.
- No supply of hot water until check out from hotel 06:30 , So left the room without bath
- Everything else was terrible most importantly staff behaviour. they are very rude and sounds like local gunda of the area. I am saying this because our check out time was around 1:30am at night obviously we were sleeping that time but at the earliest we checked out at 6am however they charged us for the half day in cash. When we said manager to let us talk to the owner then he replied that he was sleeping and he only talk after 10am. I really don’t know why he was doing that, to protect himself from the owner because he collected cash from us or any other reason who knows other then that We found a dead mouse in our room. It was really a terrible experience it feels like dadagiri.

Food in the restaurant was good. Staff at the front desk were good.
I booked the rooms by seeing the picture in the website but it was worst experience ever, room was smelly, bathroom was not clean, there was no control over AC, buttons were not working.
Location is great, almost in center of the city.
Basic facilities like water bottle which is usually provided as complementary for each day of stay were not there. No geyser in the bathroom
I have not taken breakfast.
Waiter should trained to avoid delay in service
