MAYFAIR Lake Resort

Courtesy, location, rooms, food everything was perfect

Na

The location was good with polite staff and helpful staff. The view of the lake was also good. However, there are better hotels with better views in the country.

A highly overrated hotel. The ambience was poor with no cleanliness. All areas near the lake was under decoration for probably a party. The rooms were too small. The most idiotic was the placement of the centre table in the room. There was no space between the reading table and the centre table. The chair could not be placed.

Thank you so much. The stay was indeed very pleasant. Jaya was very helpful and sweet :)Thank you so much. The service was amazing and everyone were really helpful. Will visit soon. All the best Thank you mayfair lake resort. All are made our stay comfortable.

The decor, thé comfort and the friendly staff

The sound of the drill. The hotel is undergoing renovations. We asked to be moved and then they started drilling and hammering outside the room we moved to. To be fair they allowed us one extra hour after checkout and that’s when the noise started. The taxi ordered by the hotel was very expensive and didn’t turn up, thé hotel had to call them again so we left 20 minutes after scheduled time. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so no rickshaws only overpriced taxis and no alternatives for eating except the hotel food.

The property has set a great ambience. You will like in the lap of nature while at the hotel. It is like among the woods. The walkways along the woods are simply superb. The room is very serene and is definitely recommended for those who wish to run away from the crowds and take a break

The room phone is very disgusting. The instrument in my room seems to be very old connections were difficult. The staff also were less responsive to service requests

Amazing service.. staff is too friendly. Recommended to all. Jaya guest relationship staff was very helpful and kind. A must visit. The restaurant staff Samir went out of the way to serve inspite of the busy wedding season. Overall feel was delightful

Location, room size.

1. They charged my credit card right away at the time of booking whereas they should have been content with authorisation on booking.com. 2. Good hotels normally place butter, jam and honey on the table. But it was not so here. 3. Room had only basic amenities in terms of tea/coffee and other snacks. 4. I had to make a specific request for the room bill. I was told to get it from booking.com!!

Property was full of greenery and cleaned,

Bathroom was too bad at such 5 star property, food too costly

I liked how clean the rooms were, and the open spaces that were very peaceful throughout the stay.

The organisation, and hospitality. Everytime we requested anything, it took a long time for the staff to act on it. Moreover, when we had to shift our luggage to another room within the same block, we had to wait for 50 minutes - from going to 1st floor to 2nd floor. Moreover, the card did not work three times for the new room - each time I had to run down to the reception of the convention center to ask them to sort this out. Ultimately, we had to hand over the keys to the staff to get it right. This level of hospitality is not okay for the amount one pays for their room.

Beautiful place and big comfortable room with balcony

Environment, Staff Courtesy, Food boating & location

Friendly staff, aminities, location, spacious rooms. Meticulously designed property, keeping in mind every need of guest. Very spacious rooms. One of the best restaurants (tea pot) for enjoying delicious food and varieties. Heads off the chefs and staff. Very relaxed place as away from city. Surely visit soon.

It is beautifully made with spacious & beautifully designed rooms. The food at their Italian restaurant Mamma Mia was really good.

Beautiful resort, lovely place to relax and very serene

The bathroom needs refurbishing. Water everywhere after shower. Perhaps put a shower screen

The food is good. The property is ideally located away from the city for complete relaxation

The staff is indifferent. Checkin was not as smooth. The property is not value for money. The new wing of rooms is not at par with the price being charged.

Amazing location, away from city, peaceful, luxurious suites, delicious restaurant/bar, entartica rides.

Customer service could be better
