Singhania Sarovar Portico Raipur

Its location is little off main road so it’s very quiet. The corridors are having carpet so no noise from people walking outside. The room size is good. The food is always very good

The staff were very courteous. The room was clean and well-maintained.Serivce was prompt

breakfast were very well and tasty.the staffs were well-behaved and very kind to us.clean room and good services.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and they also entertained my early check-in request. Initially I was planning to get a place near the airport but thank god I didn't go to those overpriced places, Sarovar was surprisingly affordable and comfortable.

Comfortable stay.

Room ac is not working properly. They should have seperate kitchen for veg. And non veg food.

Good Location, very close to AIMS Raipur. Breakfast is healthy, hygienic & good one with affordable price.

Opted for Complimentary Breakfast, but somehow this complimentary was not included in the package what I opted, this was realized at the time of check-in only. Booking.com should include complimentary breakfast in the packages.

Pros:- Clean and well-maintained rooms with a lot of space.- Good food service and helpful team on the ground.- Secure and comes with a lot of services at a reasonable cost.

Cons:- It is a 30-minute car ride away from the city centre.

Staff behaviour

Hotel policy and rigidity. Also the location is poor. Very far from airport. Isolated location

Place is good.. delux room was spacious . In room dining was nice ..

The sofa kept in the delux room looks shabby and should be replaced

Unexpected let down

Checked in around 9 pm, room was not ready, got a smoking room that had a very strong residual smell. The blinds in the bathroom were dirty and had paan like stains on them. Staff was not courteous.

Staff was courteous

No complimentary Breakfast provided for the guests even though charges were higher than other website which provided breakfast complementary.Location is below average.

Staff Behavior.

- Hotel is away from New Raipur.- Found prices on other website cheaper and also Breakfast included. - Room was spacious but, little worn-out. - Accessories needs to be asked. You won't find them when you walk in the room. - Hotel is charging more on booking.com and not providing complimentary breakfast.- Had similar booking from other website at lower cost with breakfast included.

Overall, we had a good experience staying at this hotel for over a month. The hotel sets a high standard for basic amenities, with a wide variety of breakfast options and thoughtfully considered room amenities, including comfortable disposable slippers , quality of linens and glass water bottles. Numerous small details are attended to, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel is compact and located in a good neighborhood, with the added benefit of basement parking for your car. The locality is excellent, and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The food and breakfast options are also good.

However, there are some downsides. The hotel is not very spacious, with no open areas for walking, sitting, reading, or engaging in other activities. Maintenance falls short of four-star expectations. Additionally, the price fluctuation is quite high, ranging from 2100 to 5800, for the same room type making it difficult to have a proper estimation or value proposition.

Food. Chef Mr Mrityunjay , was very cooperative and met our requirements of Gluten free food.

Hotel Lobby and the corridors were quite warm . AC in these area was not effective.
