NH Alcorcon

very helpful staff. great room

The rooms were extremely comfortable, the bedding was very soft. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. I have the buffet for breakfast in the morning and the everything was tasty, fruit was fresh and plenty of options to choose from.

NA

Clean Staff very good Breakfast very well and the team working on it

I was traveling with my cat, and when we arrived, they had kindly prepared a little box for him in the bathroom, such a thoughtful touch! The staff was very welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good too. Great overall experience!

some amenities in the lobby, like coffee, were charged separately, it would have been nice if those were complimentary.

Good quality rooms, slippers, bathrobe, double doors. It was nice and quite. Pillows and mattresses weren't too soft or too hard, just the right firmness to my taste. Just keep in mind it is quite isolated from everything so you'll need a car to move around otherwise you'll be loosing a lot of time with public transportation.

everything was as expected.

Overall the experience was fair. Unfortunately, no double bed was available on my arrival. After more than 1200 km on the road, was not in the mood to dispute that; arriving at the room cold as someone left the A/C unit in the lowest setting possible and then multiple long hair in the bathroom waiting for as to be remove.Do not ask for the type of bed you need if you are not willing to accomplish what you offer. Better to show just the room category and bed type available so I can choose to stay or not.

Breakfas, bed

That I booked a taxi at reception for the next day and there was no booking when I arrived there.

This hotel is in bad shape, the rooms are run down although they have a nice design

I did not like to see the hotel furniture in such bad shape

NH Alcorcon is a hotel conveniently located by the Alcorcon junction of the A-5 motorway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied (grabbing several slices of Jamon Cerrano is unmissable). The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was available at a reasonable extra price.

typical 4 star hotel, good, functional

receptionist on phone for 10 minutes whist I was truing to check in

Comfortable bed and clean. Location near shops and restaurants.

Mini fridge was not cold. Heating/cooling control in room did not seem to work

Everything was very good. A little over-priced. Everything was clean. Loved the free parking.

I didn't like going through all the online check-in and then still have to wait to check-in before going to my room. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent. The shower was good.

Only stayed one night The location was close to the highway and close to restaurants and grocery store

The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Thank you for a wonderful time. I will definitely come back.

Everything was very nice and clean. Reception desk was great. Parking was perfect. The location was ideal for restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

I only have 1 complaint... the temperature of the air conditioning could not be controlled. There was only control of the fan, and off or on. Therefore, the temperature was too warm and there was no way to make it colder.

room, bed, breakfast selection, breakfast terrace, clean spaces

angry breakfast lady

Perfect location for our requirements and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of things to choose from and gluten free options on request.

Sadly our well behaved and very small dog was not permitted on the outdoor terrace of the breakfast area as it required access via the restaurant, however there was a side gate which I’m sure could have been used as an alternative. We found mould on some of the food and the fresh cheese had gone off in the heat. Perhaps displaying everything without using chillers isn’t such a good idea in a heatwave. Staff were polite and helpful, however on numerous occasions were not to be found on the reception desk as they were both sat smoking in the main entrance to the hotel which didn’t seem very premium. No manned bar available for afternoon/evening drinks (at least not in August when we were there).

The breakfast is very nice. In general it is a very good standing hotel and facilities

The girl that checked us in was rather rude and unhelpful. This hasnt been pur overall experience in this hotel. We have been received nicely other times and the rest of thr staff was very polite also this time. I found though the girl that received us rather appalling.

Simple decor. easy check in and friendly staff.

a little out of the way, with nothing much to do in walking distance. Difficult to get an Uber, but it was raining

Super clean and modern big rooms. Nice staff, even provided us with “beds” for our pets. Own parking.

Little bit expensive if you only stay 1-2 nights
