Cons -
- We spent 3 nights at this hotel and each night when we came back after dinner, we were concerned if we would get a parking spot since there were only a limited number of spots - we did find one each night but it was very tight and having to parallel park.
- The air conditioner basically only exists in the lobby. I feel scammed by them listing AC my room only cooled off late at night— period.
- Shower cubicle needed new silicone as blackish mould evident.Booked this hotel as claimed to be dog friendly but dog not allowed in restaurant and we had to eat breakfast in room as we do not like leaving our dog in strange hotel rooms. Breakfast was only average.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking was great and it was very easy to get to Madrid centre by train. Beds were comfortable and family room was spacious. Really happy with our stay.
Calm and clean
Parking is not free, 8 euros per day
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Decent food for a quick diner before going bed.
For the same price I can get a much better room in a pension in the centre. Although I needed a room in the area where this hotel is located.
The room was spacious and quiet. Pillows were amazing. Breakfast was continental but still nice and very tasteful. Parking was great within secure gates.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like
Hot meals were reasonably priced in the evening. The room was spacious and well heated. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and hot.
There wasn't really anything that stood out as being anything I didn't like.
Everything is standard, absolutely in line with expectations. Small ibis on the outskirts of the city with good parking, automatic entry. Rooms are small but clean.
The shower is leaking.
The room was in good condition..the cleaners are professional, I felt very confi in my room..
Will be great an small fridge, for to keep cold drink like water or spirits drinks. Specially in summer season..
Good connection to the centre of Madrid, cozy district, relatively clean room, they provide breakfast.
Soundproof is non-existent, also staff is very loud in the common places (corridors) during early hours of weekends.
Early breakfast, nice people and “customer first” concept. My family was very happy to stay here.
Those items are not “dislikes”. It is more like suggestion. 1 - try to find a small place for children playground (part of terrace or backyard). You know, this property is not located in child-friendly zone. It will be very helpful for families to give some child activity (after a long car run) right in the hotel. As option, you can dedicate a room for children. 2 - extension of the cafe menu may dramatically increase it’s value. Again, after the long car run people are tended to eat some regular food rather pizza&sandwiches
The beakfrast buffé was good bur it was much better before. We were there 1st time June 2021 and there were more variation and lactose products. The omelette then was different then (in cubes) and smelt in your mouth. We have been this year again twice (at Christmas and Easter) and the quality of the brakfast was not close to the one the first time w we were there.
Was really clean and quiet, also the staff members were nice
Free private car park
The shower head of our room. We asked at reception for another room but the room given didn't have enough beds. The room wasn't particularly clean and we needed to do some stops while using the hairdryer as it overheats and stops until it cools down
Clean comfortable
Location
Friendly and helpful staff.Convenient, basic but adequate and clean facility.Option to eat something late.
The room size was a bit tight for 2 adults and a child.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The size of the room and bath are terribly small. Also, not sure if this is true in all hotels in Spain, but there are not any washcloths or tissues, further more they act like they have no idea what those things are. The only trash can is in the bathroom and is extremely small. There isn't a closet or dresser for your clothes, only a cubby in the corner. If you are only spending a night, it won't be a problem, we were there for nearly 2 weeks. The tv does not offer any channels other than Madrid news. The beds are minimal and they do not offer more than 2 pillows. This is not a hotel you would want to book for a long stay.
Location is perfect
Hotel is very run down, expensive for the quality
Very good breakfast. Wide choice of fresh fruits and meats. The room is nice and clean with everything needed for a good rest. Quiet neighborhood.
The bath cabin was a little broken and water was leaking. But it was a minor issue and didn't impact us much.
