Ibis Budget Madrid Alcorcón Móstoles

Pleasant

There were ants in the room on the ground floor. The replacement room was not suitable for hosting 3 people (us and a kid) but we had no other choice

The breakfast was very nice, the staff were friendly, the place had a huge parking lot, the rooms were spacious and so was the bed, the hotel lobby felt modern and hip, and the location was quiet.

Not much space to hang clothing in the rooms, literally not even a simple closet, just a few hangers. No encrypted wifi, only an open wifi, that's pretty bad, in my opinion.

I like the room space.

The toillet . The shower water as running to the floor.

Budget hotel that ticks all the boxes Very clean functional bedroom spotless bathroom with pretty good sound proofing for this type of hotel resulting in a good night’s sleepThe breakfast was adequate and choices reasonable for a hotel of this type the choice of Teas in particular was excellent The hotel was vey secure with both car and pedestrian access controlled through gatesThe location is a little difficult to find on a access road to a garage and Burger King but once located it’s fineThe staff are approachable and helpful and we would certainly stay again when visiting Mostoles

The bedrooms were a bit hot at night and the air conditioning was off due to the time of stay for New year

The price was the best thing about it. The shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and hot. The bed was comfortable. Free parking.

No closet. The room has stated one full size bed and one twin size. The full size was ok, but the twin was covered somewhat by a board. It was hot inn the room, even with the air-conditioning on high. No restaurant.

Room size, staff availability

Food selection for breakfasts

Free parking in a privated, gated parking lot. Clean room, decent wifi and friendly staff.

Breakfast was only cold food, and not too many choices. Location is not the best, behind a gas station.

Nice staff Great accommodations Well keep and very clean

Nice place. Basic Ibis. The girl at the desk was lovely. Gave us some helpful info.

Clean and quiet, great shower

Terrible bed, no jamon at breakfast

Of course My stay at Ibis Budget Madrid was a great experience by all standards. What I liked most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and were always willing to help me with any request or inquiry.I would like to thank the staff who made my stay at this hotel an unforgettable experience. I would recommend Ibis Budget Madrid to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Madrid.

Nothing everything perfect

the breakfast and the friendly staff were great !!

the dinner options are very so so... Frozen stuff...

Decent size of room and bed very comfortable. Lovely staff, free parking.

Not very clean and the blackout curtains did not provide enough coverage of the window, so the sunlight woke us up.

Good position and private parking

Very minimal for the paid price. Energy Blackout during the night so the fire alarm started and when the energy was restored also the TV switched on. So two sleep interruption!

Clean. Quiet. Secure parking. Really lovely staff. Superb breakfast. Great value What more do you want?

The staff were very friendly and assisted with getting around

The gps didn't get to the hotel 1st time..

Food was goodBreakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.Parking very good

Little choice in refreshments One bottled beer and no spirits or wine.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is helpful and professional... I will visit again

The hotel is good. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Check in at night was really fast. Room is clean, bed is comfortable:) Free private parking is a real plus :)

Its basic budget hotel like bed & breakfast. Easy to check in, and the lady at reception desk is kind. Breakfast was good enough.

It's not that clean and well cared. Could be more clean and hygenic. Location is a bit strange. To enter the hotel, you have go across an gas station.
