Cons -
- What I didn't like about the property is that there's no parking available; in fact, you can't find parking anywhere. It seems like the general policy is to not have parking. Another thing I didn't like was that when I arrived to check in, they offered me breakfast for the days they wouldn't clean the room, and I accepted since they told me two days, then two days without. They said this was to save water. Things reached a breaking point when I noticed that three or four days had passed and they still hadn't cleaned the room. This bothered me so much that I complained that same day. They cleaned it, but not the next day, and not the day after that either. I complained again and told them that I didn't care so much about the breakfast, which I had actually agreed to in order to save water, but I was bothered that they weren't cleaning the room. Another thing they did was turn off the air conditioning, and I had a very hot night. In fact, it was so hot that I couldn't sleep. I complained about this too, and they told me that they weren't providing air conditioning anymore because they had entered autumn, and that if I was hot, I should open my window. That was absolutely awful and annoying. Outside the building, there's old construction, and it looks abandoned. If you're not careful where you're walking, you could have an accident.
- What I didn’t like about the property is that there is no parking available—actually, it’s extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. It seems like not having parking is a general policy in the area.Another issue was the room cleaning. At check-in, they offered me breakfast on the days they wouldn’t clean the room, following a “two days clean, two days without” system to save water. I agreed. However, several days passed—three or four—without anyone cleaning the room. This became very frustrating, and I had to complain multiple times. They cleaned it once after my complaint, but again didn’t clean it the following days.Additionally, they turned off the air conditioning. I had a very hot night and couldn’t sleep. When I complained, they told me they had stopped providing AC because it was already autumn, and suggested opening the window instead. That was very inconvenient and uncomfortable.Outside the building, there is an area with old, abandoned construction. If you’re not paying attention, it’s easy to trip or have an accident. Overall, these issues significantly affected my stay
- The air conditioning didn't work in the hotel. it could only be set to Heat, although there were 25 degrees in the room.we had to sleep with the windows open just to lower the temperature.very uncomfortable due to street noise from traffic and such. quite difficult to sleep

Hotel is super clean, great beds, big bathroom. Friendly staff, Spanish breakfast.
Hotel is close by Metro, easy to go to Madrid. Hotel is in industrial neighborhood.
Value price, exceptionally clean.
Hot. Room took over an hour to be comfortable.
Convenient location next to motorway for onward travel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance for evening meal. Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfy beds. Modern bathrooms. Gluten and lactose free options for breakfast. Secure parking garage high enough to accommodate our roof rack for 6 euros.
The air con was set too cold in all 3 rooms and we didn’t seem to be able to change it. We all switched it off in the end. When you turn off the shower, the intuitive way of doing this results in cold water spraying from the overhead shower instead of shutting the water off.
Comfy beds, friendly staff, good breakfast with gluten and lactose free options, short walk to many restaurants. Cheap secure parking.
Clean facilities. Many restaurants in the vicinity
Industrial area
Clean, welcoming, Pet friendly with welcoming helpful staff. Ample restaurants within easy walk and a good breakfast available with gluten free options which is essential for me as I am Coeliac
The only issue we had and it is not with the hotel rather Google maps and the incorrect location - thank goodness for Apple Maps in the end
Good location, nice facilities, extremely helpful staff specially Lorenzo
A little bit outside Madrid city centre
Friendly staffs.Comfortable bedCasting service to the TVWIFI is superNear the Metro station (7 min walking)24/7 free coffee and teaWhat else you need?
Nice small room for short stay. Has mini fridge to cool off drinks, bed and barhroom were nice. Breakfast is decent, have some meals to choose from. Overall good place to stay for few days trip!
Bed in the room I got was squeaking and this made some noice during the night.
The place is very good. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good.We would love to visit them again.
Breakfast was great, unimited free cofee and tea, whole day. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean room, shower was real enjoy. Very close underground station with connection to city center and airport.
Very kind staff. Super clean. Nice and modern style lobby and breakfast area. Good location with easy access to the highway. They offer a deal: if you decline the daily cleaning of your room, then you get a free breakfast, which we found very innovative and convenient
Rooms were very small. Rooms with internal building location have no view at all.
Clean hotel, close to the metro station, close to some restaurants, parking for motorcycles under the hotel. A nice selection of food for breakfast, which was replenished as required.
Nothing to dislike.
Leftover croissants from the breakfast were available for free for all guests. Not only it's a way of decreasing food waste, it is also a very kind idea!
Location is very far from Madrid, but it's not really the hotel's fault. Other than location, I loved the hotel.
Modern, clean hotel. Great location with several shops nearby and easy access to the highway.
NA
Very clean, all time juce, tee & coffee available - even for free. Chrome cast works very well one the room. Walking distance to Madrid Metro or express Bus to City.
In February was already warm. Air condition is of - reasonable to save energy- but ventilators should work. Open window possible, but a little too noicy surrounding (industrial area / noice of office air conditioning, etc.)
Walking distance to the metro (Puerta del Sur). An Aldi supermarket right across the street. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and large. Free coffee/tea/hot water at the reception. The area was pretty quiet and the price was acceptable (Madrid is very expensive). There is some parking in front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the top floor.
