The breakfast was wonderful, varied and full of choices. The staff was very friendly and available. Location was fab, right in the center of the city. As we were visiting the university it was great!

The rooms are a little old fashioned and the beds were a little too soft for our liking but that is clearly personal.

Great location and beautiful historic hotel. Excellent breakfast.

It was quite warm when we were there and unfortunately there was no A/C in our room. We were on the side by the train tracks so we couldn’t open our window overnight because of the noise of the train.

Very big room, good breakfast with all what you expect. Good location near the centre, with a big parking garage nearby. Although there was quite some nightlife outside, our room was quiet when we closed the windows.

Our bathroom was big and nice but had a faint but distinct smell of "sewer", possibly a drain that needs cleaning?

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean. The bar was excellent.

Room was a little on the small side and dated. Gym was tiny with not enough exercise equipment. No usb charge points. Breakfast - no option to order or make alternative coffees/ cappuccinos etc

Very close to central b us station and right on the lake. Beautiful venue.

Looked like a little dirt in shower area.

The friendly staff was a plus and that it was close to Lake Vattern .

The sauna was crowded but with a large # of people in the hotel , I guess not unexpected .

We couldnt sleep because there was a party in the hotel so the entire room and bed kept vibrating to the loud music. And also there where no netflix etc in the room

The cleaning of the room, bins was not empty every day and floor towels was not replaced when requested but leaving on floor

Location is very good and staff is friendly

Room was very cold and air con did not work. Shower cubicle is clearly not adapted for the space and hard to get into. For some reason the on-site janitor left at 3pm. Had a conversation with the staff about the issues but they could unfortunately do much as the issue is structural rather than anything else. Definitely not value for money.

Super dog friendly, great location, very friendly staff. Our Bernese mountain dog enjoyed the dog bed even though she barely fitted in it ?

Well managed hotel, good location and breakfast good.

Initially, given 4th floor room when had specifically asked for 2nd or 3rd floor. After sometime allocated correct room. Overpaid this time as a conference in town. No complimentary water a disappointment as a Booking.com reservation. Maybe just room 311 but mattress old as too soft.

No warm food options for Vegetarian and Vegans. Bed is medium soft to soft. Interior in the room is old.
