Everything was great

I loved the hotel’s great location, close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. My room was spacious, very clean, and had a modern, comfortable bathroom. The restaurant offered a good variety of tasty food, and the staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the reception team was welcoming and quick to assist. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was that the parking garage was quite expensive.

I had room 211. In that room you can hear the music that is being played acros the hotel. F'ing annoying and they knew that was happening and yet they give you that room.It was a small room and i knew that. No problem there but the bathroom/shower was so small that i had to get out of the shower while washing because you could only stand up straight. Meh.

Good location, good breakfast, convenient parking in the hotel garage. Adequate bathroom with good shower. Smallish room with narrow single beds .

Super handy that you can organise to park in their garage when you stay. We also charged our EV. Excellent overnight stay before we needed to get back on the road to our next destination.

Shower was a little cramped and small. But water pressure was excellent.

If you want a lake's view, book somewhere else... so there will be a room available at JB Hotel for me next time!

Pleasant

Staff was rude, and didn’t find my booking asked if I went to the wrong hotel. Accidentally missed breakfast thought it was to 10 AM and went down 9:30 and that was when they closed ) and everything gone. Asked time for breakfast and they didn’t even offer a sandwich so nope won’t stay here again.

Good old school business hotel in central location, near to parking house. Pleasant views from upper floors. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast more generous than in many similar places.

Standard rooms and fittings are clean but very tired 90s-style and in dire need of renovation/replacement. Would not want to stay for more than one night. Some of public spaces are upgraded in smart current design. Breakfast staff is overwhelmed by guest numbers during high season.

The hotel is ideally situated in the city center, making it a convenient choice for exploring local attractions. I found the place to be well-maintained, which contributed to a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff were welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout our visit.

I didn't like that parking came with an expensive fee, so we ended up parking on the street instead.

Our stay was excellent in all regards. Breakfast was great, room was great, location was great. Value was great. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Gym & sauna could have had a higher standard and could have been better maintained. Parking could have been cheaper but there are other options not too far away if you don't need to park adjacent to the hotel.

There was many options to pick for breakfast, anyone could find something to eat and enjoy. Although we had to wait a little to find a seat but the waiting time was not too long during peak times.

Exceptional staff! Gave us breakfast to go because we already checkout before 5 in the morning. Excellent rooms, even the smaller ones. We had 6 hotels on our trip, this was clearly the best out of it. If we visit Jönköping ever again, this will be the place to be!
