Sure Hotel by Best Western City Jonkoping

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location close to a lot. The pillows were great!

They were renovating pipes in the lobby and it smelled and took away space. Didn’t have a usb contact to borrow.

Good location, friendly staff.

It is older in style.

Breakfast was okay. The room was good although a bit small. The lobby had free coffee and tea for the guests and a pool table.

Can't think of anything.

Really friendly staff, good value for the money and very clean rooms.

pictures of the rooms on booking. com did not match with the actual room. shifted to another room which was actually a bit bigger but had the same poor bathroom and interior. Price / value was not good.

The location is great. The breakfast is good.

The room is Ok, it's kind of weared off.The socket in the bathroom had some electrical problem, it stayed it was rated for 110 V, which was surprising.

location

small room and old furniture

Very Helpful Staff, great breakfast, location, quiet room, good shower, lobby with coffee machine, laundry

Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast

Really nice location and had a room with a view. The breakfast was really good. Honestly it is a little older hotel and not as nice but for vacation for a few days I can't complain a lot.

It is not perfectly clean

Friendly staff and close to the centralstation.

It smelled like sewage in the room, mostly in the bathroom. It also smelled of sewage outside the breakfast area due to the guest bathroom. The doors are also heavy and will slam if not carefully closing the door.

The room was okishThe cleanliness could be betterThe most dissapointing thing is I got a parking fine more expensive than the room...and i asked the staff if it s ok to park there...they answered affirmative...No sea view, no lake view....just a view to a vans parking.... Even i asked about view, i got this kind of room...

Easy to locate near train station. Small room, mattress lack support

The location is great

The bathroom to my room was not well cleaned and so I was moved to another room. However it's bathroom also had a stale odour.

I come back often. Great location, very decent breakfast, always friendly staff. Clean rooms and wonderful bathrooms. Best value for money in town

The reception area looks tired, but you don't really spend any time there

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, beds were really comfortable and great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is really close to the train and bus station which is ideal. Breakfast selection was generous and very nice.

Couldn’t fault it

I liked the choice of food at breakfast. The availability of waffles in the evenings is a great idea.Loved the availability of hot drinks in the communal area instead of cluttering up the room. The bed was comfortable. For the price, and location, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel could do with a spruce up in the rooms and stairwells in the public areas.

Good location, friendly staff, free waffels in the lobby every evening and good breakfast in the morning. Free caffee all day long.

TV was not working / or working with poor service - I tried 3 different rooms.A bit old furnitures and bathroom

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and, welcoming and caring. I don't know any other way to describe it but it's like they wanted us to enjoy our stay. I loved the waffle making facility and the communal area is brilliant with pool table and chess boards.Close walking distance away from a convenience store, lakeside and several takeaways.

The breakfast could be a bit less bland. I mean there is a good selection of things to choose from but all in all a bit bland. Okay for a couple of days, but for longer stay, alternating breakfast menu would be so good.

A lovely, pristine clean hotel. So friendly the staff. A stone's throw from the pretty lake. And don't forget tea & coffee is free in reception area, plus free pancakes that you make up yourself ?
