Good location. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast options were hearty and the breakfast room was accessible all day as a place to sit, have a cup of coffee or tea and even with a sweet treat offered late afternoon. Staff was welcoming. We booked a suite and enjoyed having the extra seating area and lots of windows.

Our bedroom was up 4 or 5 stairs from the sitting /bath area and that was a bit concerning for bathroom visits in the night as we are well into our 70s. The room was a bit noisy on Saturday night due to music nearby that went late into the evening.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food for dinner and breakfast was very good.

The staff were super nice. With my celiac disease it is sometimes frustrating to eat at the included restaurant but they were amazing- understood the allergy- had a separate toaster! It was great! Felt welcomed for sure.

Perfect location in Jonkoping, amazingly friendly staff - one of the best we ever encountered during our various trips - who made sure to have 2 cribs in the room for our twin babies (we got a large room to make sure it fitted). Food and drinks included in the price were good. It was not spectacular in terms of choice, but good quality food, so great for us having just 1 night sleepover, and nothing to worry about in terms of dinner or breakfast. For those parking in the (not hotel owned) garage connected to the building. The ramps are very steep, so with a (very) low car be careful and take proper corners (like when going over a speed bump) when getting up to a new level or the bottom of your car will hit the surface. Next to this easy to enter, good price for 24 hours.

The hotel has nice vibes, keeping some classy old style alive. We do believe some of the furniture and the carpet in the room can be replaced for something new on the short term. Maybe the hotel is already planning to do this.

Excellent breakfast and dinner service (included as part of the nightly cost), comfortable upgraded room, plus the quality of customer service that staff provided made our stay at Home Hotel Victoria exceptional.

The german receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and location is excellent.

Some of the bar staff didn't know how to make a gin & tonic (which we thought was a little unusual!). When we explained how, she just shrugged her shoulders! While the breakfast was great, the evening meal (included in the price) was very disappointing.

No mini bar or tea/coffee selection inside the room

Half board with dinner was really good. Although not a lot of things to choose from but yet the dinner was freshly made and very tasty. I would any day prefer few options that are made fresh than a lot of options that are reheated. Really like the evening coffee and some cake. Breakfast was also really good. The location was amazing with everything around and parking available around the hotel for free in the night.

The room standard between normal double room and superior double room was very little. You get bathrobes and the bed was a better standard. I would have preferred a bigger room for superior and some kind of vanity kit to make it special. From the window you see the road so not so private. With big windows.

Well I certainly want to say a lot here. Should I list ALL the ingredients you're able to sample during your supper and breakfast that's included in your cost. The food is excellent, buffet-style, but I don't think so much that much is wasted. What about adding lunch to your buffet schedule or offering restaurant names to your guests so they have somewhere to go at lunch time (lunch not offered buffet-style, only sandwich-by-order style as far as I know). Staff friendly and helpful. I don't have pets, but you're allowed to bring them, which is an unusual and nice touch in my experience. Bathroom pleasant. Bed pleasant. Thank you.

I've run out of things to say. Maybe advertise lunch a little louder, and tea. Tea was wonderful, but no-one sampled the sweet snack of the day, which is a pity.

The front office staff were exceptional in their welcome and their approach. Always willing to help and assist with a smile. The environment at the hotel is one of a home away from home. Rooms are spacious and clean with all facilities in tip top condition. Will certainly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the centre of Jönköping. The best thing with staying here was the dinner included in the price - it was delicious! The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The layout of our room was not very well planned, there was only a bedside table on one side of the bed. The breakfast was ok but not the best.

Great location. Was there for an event, and the hotel is very central.

The single bed room is for elderly or frail people, and although I do not have a problem with it the room felt more like a hospital or old age room rather than a hotel room. I did complain, as I wanted the fee of an hotel but apparently they could not do anything.

Should not have been charged the standard rate for this type of room, as the feeling was not that of an hotel.

Clean. Correct. Very nice breakfast and dinner. A welcome afternoon tea. Nice staff.

I expected a bigger bed for a standard queen. The mattress and pillows were too soft.

Rooms were big and clean. Food was good and breakfast had a great choice.

Food time could be a bit hectic , as there were a lot of people booked in while we were there.
