First Hotel Jönköping

We stayed in this hotel unexpectedly due to a medical emergency, so the location close to the hospital was perfect for us. The staff went above and beyond to call an ambulance and check on us. They were very flexible and comprehensive. Special thanks to Patrick who was extremely helpful and supportive.

Very nice room with a fantastic view, friendly front desk, and a good breakfast, all right by the highway to Stockholm ....the price was very reasonable too...I'll be back!

Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, the room was rather small as was the shower.

We received an excellent breakfast and my room was very comfortable.

The hotel was not in walking distance of centrum.

The breakfast was good and the hotel is located at a nice and convenient place.

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. Or maybe my room in specific was smaller.

Nice room, friendly staff and good location for my work

Breakfast wasn't great - cut fruit was dry, bacon badly cooked. Odd shape of shower (triangular instead of square).

Close to the E4 motorway so easy exit. City centre 15 min by car or bus station near by. Nice rooms and clean. Great breakfast. Not the downtown chic place but very nice and price is really good

The location is maybe not too beautiful but no sound from traffic.

Staff, location, and room was great

The room was way too warm to sleep. The temperature was around 23.4 to 25° c, and the controller was difficult to navigate. Opening the windows was a choice, but the rumble from the freeway was way too loud to fall asleep.

Everything was just perfect. Comfy room and extraordinary clean. Helpfull staff.

The selection of food at breakfast could be wider.

It's a bit far away from the station but nothing else

The staff is great. Nice and accommodating.

The hotel is located in what feels like a giant parking lot/gas station. Broken glass, overflowing trash bins and cars everywhere. The stench of hamburgers permeates the air due to the two fast food restaurants right next door. The reception area was extremely hot and humid. Even the personnel were perspiring heavily. The room had missing accommodations for a three person room. Water was constantly dripping on the floor from behind the ceiling panel in the bathroom. There seems to be quite a moisture problem in the building as the artwork on the walls in the room was curling in the frame. The room was tiny for a single person room, let alone three. Hardly space to put the bags. I would have expected standard like this from a hotel on the outskirts of some small town at half the price we paid for this. Yet, let me reiterate; the personnel is great and really did all they could to make the guests feel at home. Our daughter did enjoy the bunk bed, too.

Sauna&breakfast are lovely! Views facing water are better than looking from back of hotel floors 7&up so spring for a superior room or ask for a free upgrade although I don’t know if the young staff would be wise enough to do it? It would be better customer service/relations for a chain!

Water kettle in room like in my first hotel Juergen Koch in malmo and a bathrobe weren’t in the STANDARD room but I didn’t realize if I had a superior room in malmo but it must’ve been a free upgrade that they didn’t even tell me, I just got it before. Hotel seemed pretty empty do they could’ve done that

The staff was efficient. friendly, and htelpful. The entrance was easier to find it contrast to my original visit almost 2 years ago. Breakfast was excellent with fresh items constantly being provided.

It was difficult to determine where the hotel parking was. Fortunately, there was a single, and only 1 marked handicapped parking spot identified. Although the room had sufficient electrical outlets, none were outfitted with charging ports to charge electrical devices. This includes lamps, both wall mounted and desk lamps. Beside tables were very small and had limited funcunability. Although the breakfast was excellent, I had one glass of orange juice that was more water than juice.

It did not feel like a hotel. It felt like a dead zone. Breakfast was also poor.

Bed are comfort, shower place is too small, no free packing.

Booked last minute yet check in was quick and efficient, beds were comfy, room was right near the lift. Bathroom was nice and modern. Breakfast was good.
