Your French receptionist was a pleasant surprise. Your receptionists were not bad (indifferent), but I think she was the only one who was truly welcoming.Your staff should realize that someone checking in for one night may be checking you out for a much larger event.

Arriving early is definitely an unpleasant experience. Where to wait for 1½ hours? Nowhere to sit and relax and have a drink apart from in a soulless lobby.Trains and planes do not arrive at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately.Your breakfast hostesses/servers could learn to say "Good morning". And smile! Or do you not wish your guests to have a good morning?

I liked the Hotel itself - building, reception. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked online check-in and check-out options. I liked that in the room I could boil water and make coffee. Room was quiet.

The room itself looked a little let down. There was some stains on the walls and something sticky on the carpet (jam maybe?). There was dust on the lamps and some surfaces. It looked and felt a bit used before and not cleaned/made up very carefully. I didn't get that fresh feeling of a room. Maybe it is just natural wear and tear, but for the price (aprox. 1690 sek) I expected more.

We were given a room with carpet and had to ask for a room without. Desk staff was. Rey accomidating.

-Bathroom was somewhat small.-Sink design is so bad. There is a big area where a larger, nicer sink could be placed. With current sink, hands are touching the ceramic around time to time.-No feet towel was present.-Bed felt uncomfortable after both nights.-Someone else's socks were in the wardrobe area.

The room was specious, clean and with a very nice view. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, and I really enjoyed it every day.

The lighting was very poor. No possibilities to increase the brightness in the room. A few weak lamps. Saving energy is good, but not to the level of discomfort. No refrigerator! No wardrobe. The temperature in the room was very low when I arrived. It took several hours to reach an acceptable level (21.5).Although I asked for cleaning, it was forgotten the first day.

NO cleaning service unless asked, NO information given at check in.

They should tell the guest that the cleaning service will not be done unless they ask for it the previous day before 10pm. We as tourist didn't know about this and they dont tell you, and when we asked they said that the "instructions" are posted next to the elevators, that we should've read. We recomend to give this information during the check in.

The breakfast was outstanding and the location was perfect. I had nice walks each morning on the path by the lake. There are a number of excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance.

There weren't any bath mats or wash cloths. Parking is very expensive.

The hotel's location was excellent, staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.And that was just about the good things about this hotel.The rooms I have booked were with lake view, and so that made it a good stay all in all.

I didn't like the following as everything you'd expect to find in a hotel was missing; see below list:1) mini bar missing2) Hotel slippers were missing3) no welcoming drink for example a bottle of water.4) the coffee and tea never got replenished,4) facial tissues missing.5) no any other toiletries were provided, very bare bathroom.For all above you have to bring your own.The other thing wanted to mentioned is both rooms I booked were not cleaned properly as the room and the bathroom were dusty, you'd expect a clean room when you arrive but these room looked as if no one prepare it or looked at these details that are important for their clients.Also the colour and room decor were not pleasant at all, walls are grey very depressing, the furniture were dark wood, and lights even more depressing.The restaurant for breakfast, was not too bad but again you have to be early otherwise they don't care about you if you are late for breakfast, especially last 1/2 an hour they take all the food and thats is that, I saw people were kind of late on a Monday around 9:30 am they didn't find anything to eat what ever was left over, staff working in the kitchen found them not friendly at all, I really felt sorry for the visitors the missed breakfast,And to make things even worse the machines for coffee and hot water were both broken and they didn't have any backup, can you imagine having so many people wanting to have their morning cup of tea or coffee, and the restaurant apologising for not having it, instead of saying sorry we will do our best to get your morning tea, instead they brought a small kettle something like a warmer kettle, it was a joke seeing that small kettle to serve all people in the restaurant.Oh before I forget the hotel didn't have any one working as waiter/ waitress at least when you are sitting in the lobby to order a drink, you have to go and get it from a machine which I found really not good at all.

The hotel is brand new, room was clean. Great view from the room. The relax area is perfect, I used the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was awesome. The best hotel I ever stayed in Sweden.

I've been in Jönköping before the hotel was constructed. This time, when I was at Stadsparken I realized the hotel building kinda ruined the city landscape. Because it's all black and high and contrast too much with the classic colorful scandinavian buildings and the mild enviroment colors. The glass should have lighter color, like light blue, to fade in the sky. Such a high building is also a waste not having a rooftop area, the relaxation area is actually at a lower floor.

"Booking" systems for pool use (+ extra fee) and breakfast. Pool and breakfast should be sufficiently scaled to accommodate guests without pre-booking.

Super dog-friendly hotel; great breakfast buffet; very clean room; nice view and perfect location in the city.

Clean facilities, welcoming staff, good breakfast. The view from the room was stunning.

Great location a few minutes walk from the station, a fabulous breakfast buffet and a very comfortable, quiet room with great views.

The hotel has great facilities, and was close to IM 70.3 center of actions. The bedding was comfortable,and so was the breakfast. Large amount of choices, pastries, bread sorts, juices etc.

For the price, we would have thought the relaxing area (bath tub, sauna) would be included but aren't. You need to book in advance for your slot, and pay a fee. The area is quite small and can accommodate only a number of people. Attention, on the eve of 70.3 Jonköping, as it is summer, there are open air concerts, we could hear the music coming from one of the closest restaurant open air stage until late circa 1am, bring earplugs ;) However, that is not the hotel's management fault, but can be an important point for some travellers.

New and modern. Good location. Parking under.

Very modern hotel in an excellent location

I didn’t get much sleep as the room was far too warm. Although there was an air conditioning temperature control in the room it didn’t really work; the lowest temperature it would go down to was 21.5 c. I finally gave up trying to sleep at 4am and decided to make myself a cup of tea, only to find the only tea bags supplied were Mango & Strawberry and there was no milk.

I travel regularly to Jönköping for work and my go to hotel is usually Hotel Victoria, which is 100m away. This was my second stay in Quality hotel match in 2023, and this time I had the opportunity to travel with my wife, hoping to relax. Hotel is good overall and new, bed is comfortable and rooms have great view.

Even though the hotel is very new, it is starting to slowly fall apart, e.g. showers need replacing. It also lacks some very basic amenities like shoe mitt, earbuds, conditioner, lotion, etc. What my our stay really bad was some sort of celebration or whatever going on at the hotel, EDM playing all night long, till 3 A.M. I don’t really know how loud it was but we were on the 9th floor and windows were vibrating. It could have been enjoyable but same song was playing over and over again.
