Great hotel with good location and nice breakfast. If you travel in the summer, when it's very warm, ask to get the room above 6th floor, where the air conditioning system is installed. It was +28 at night during our stay and it really helped with air conditioner. The personal was really helpful and provided us with interconnected rooms, since we travelled with small kids even though we booked the hotel a couple hours before arriving.

The room was tooooooo old, even it was clean( even found two open water bottles in the drawer , but there was no plug close to bed for phone charging, the Tv was too old and not smart, there was no water boiler in the room ,

Breakfast was ...complete. Everythings that you can wish for your start of the day. From ginger shot to croissanter to coffe.

Check in is very late. Unfortunately the Hotel will change on Motel.

Room was very clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was supper.

Would have better if coffee maker was available in the room.

The food options for dinner time are extremely poor, the "buffet" was quite sad.I booked a room with a "lake view" and got a view of the carpark instead, I complained about this and was told that I needed to specify that I actually wanted the lake view?

The overall stay was great. At the time I was attending Dreamhack Summer 2024 with my partner and everything was a good experience. Breakfast was also good, there was a wide variety of things and it was a good experience.

I am honestly unsure. Our stay overall was good and I can't really think of anything bad.

When we arrived, again they didn't have any confirmation of our reservation. It took ages to resolve things

There was a conference on, unable to get dinner as conference attendees took all the space

The location is very good and the room was clean.

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming/inviting. There were no other guests waiting but still all 3 employees were face down in their computers and would not acknowledge that I was waiting. When one did finally call me forward she acted very annoyed and spoke at me instead of having a conversation with me. It felt very rude. I also think that if you are going to charge the high prices for drinks at the bar you should have a bartender who knows what they are doing. I ordered one of the drinks on the menu and they didn’t even know how to make it, I ended up basically with mango juice. 150kr for a small glass of mango juice is ridiculous. If you’re going to hire young staff for the summer you should have more experienced staff still on hand to guide them. You can’t expect them to know what to do or how to treat guests. I had several very unpleasant experiences in the restaurant because 5 extremely young employees were left on their own.

Beds, confusing breakfast times

Breakfest was good, with a nice buffet. Dinner was nice and food was very good. Location of the hotel was nice, because it was so close to the show.

The staff was very rude towards me and my wife, and the girl at the bar talked back to us, when we tried to order some popcorn and a drink. We found some sort of tobacco bags in our hotel room, just laying on the floor, i have a picture of it! Im glad i did not bring my dauther! The staff at the desk did not really care, and on top of that we got a parking ticket at the hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Practical hotel, a good breakfast. We travelled with a dog, and we felt welcome, and received a little goody bag for the dog.

There were some dirty spoons at the breakfast buffet. Rooms were rather hot, no airco.

This place was excellent for families with kids. Specially for this summer, they remodeled three of their conference rooms into play rooms for the kids - one with a bunch of Ikea stuff, one with ping-pong & large duplo cubes and one with games for young adults (PS4 etc).The breakfast is also extensive and the service + staff friendly & dinner food was good tasting.Easy parking & access to highway. Can definitely recommend.

We arrived very late and only slept over to continue. The location for traveller is great and the breakfast is fabulous.
