Good hotel, unfriendly staff.

They won't let your outsider friends in the room just to use washroom. They are restricted though

The most quiet hotel I've been to in India (as no big road anywhere near). I liked the location just 10min walk from the bus stand and in the middle of chowk. Polite and professional staff.

I had to ask to change the bedding as was stained. It was very good value for money with a discount we got, but the photos might be deceptive - the hotel is definitely past its glory. There were no toiletries.

Good

In the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. They asked us to keep the water running from the tap which is a wastage. Later they arranged a bucket of hot water. When we checked In the room floor was a little dirty. They said that since the sweeper is not available they cannot clean the room.

Nothing as such

All staff at this hotel were friendly and courteous. And I was happy that hot water came out.

Dare I say it, some people might find it a little dirty. But for me it was very valuable.

The staff were some what cooperative. Rooms were ok but not clean.

The location is not at all pleasing. It's all the way in a market and at times it's so difficult to get there.

Behaviour of staff, good quality food

Hotel is located in a very congested place, any four wheeler hard to reach the hotel

Room is too small. Cleanliness of the room is not upto the mark.So many cockroaches are playing in the room.. Wifi is not connected.

Bad

There is no way one can reach hotel and there is just 10 feed road. I had car and I just couldn’t enter. I wasted 1 hour to find a better way. This hotel is in middle of big mess and close market and no one with family would like to stay. There is no way you can reach or even think of getting inside the street.

Staff was nice, services was good and food also tastes good.

Location was to congested, situated in the main city market of Bhopal, and after 11 in morning their is a huge traffic.

Size of the room is really very big. Behavior of the front desk guy was very good and he was really very helpful. Infact behavior of all the staff was too good. Bathroom was very neat and clean. Location is also good. All the near by local market is near to the hotel. After all it was a comfortable stay at this hotel in Bhopal

The staffs are very humble and soft spoken room is decent as well.

The hotel is situated in a very conjested area where hardly there's no to very little space to even walk, forget about taxi and all. But dont worry if you are coming for ssb as in morning there is no such hassle and cabs are easy to find.

Hotel is not upto my expectations

The location is in a narrow & crowded Marketplace. Rooms are not as clean as expected. Linens are dirty, mosquitoes were there to welcome me. The faucet in bathroom was broken, window lock was broken. No one was there to help you check out late night. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel

The hotel is good, it is near to the market and the staff is also good.

Tea is not good,special black tea
