- The room was not upto expectations, blankets were old, mattress had a noise, was not very comfortable, had a spooky vibe in the rooms, the sink tap was not working had to leave at midnight due to uncomfortable stay
- The room was not ready/ prepared despite booking and confirmation received earlier. A lot of time was wasted in waiting for cleanship of room and change of basic bedsheets/ linen etc. No proper arrangements were available for food/ meals. The behaviour and attitude of staff was also below expectation.
