Excellent variety for local taste. Needs two or three more choices of non spicy mains at breakfast.

Bath mats in the toilets: zero. Hand towels inadequate. Inadequate amount of Shampoo.

Great heritage property. Excellent location, close to the lake and forest. Fabulous food, particularly the mughlai cuisine. Nice rooms. Extremely courteous staff. Overall, a great experience! Would love to visit again!

Just stayed one day and Enjoyed !!I could not find anything which I did not like.

Breakfast was average. The hotel feel is good and nice layout and spacious.

The cost of 1 night which we paid was very high. In just about 2 days later, people have paid just 1/3rd the price for the room. Even a few guests who stayed there on our dates and booked a bit in advance, paid 1/3rd the price. So I felt a bit cheated.

Almost everything from Staff to food to ambiance to room and facilities.

I wish they could have given me option for room decoration since it was my 1st anniversary. This can be changed looking at the time we r living in. Also jacuzzi was not working as they say Monday is there service day for which no pre information shared.

Worst Front Desk Manager

The manager just said No rooms left. When they have only half occupancy. I wanted a room for one night and the manager just responded no.They had rooms online on all the platforms.

The room was nice and very clean. The swimming pool was amazing and the breakfast excellent, with plenty of choice. The staff is very polite and efficient, and the restaurants are very good.

They should add a door to close the shower.

Excellent staff and very nice building. Breakfast buffet spread was perfect.

Everything was nice and clean here. I like the plants and trees a lot, really adds to the charm the old building.

I wish the breakfast cold cuts were moore extensive than chicken salami and roast chicken. Also i wish the reception didn't call me so often. They call for the most minor thing.

Housekeeping staff cleaned the room without permission. Make my room sign was not displayed.

Excellent accommodation and food is excellent. Staff extremely supportive and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The gym is well equipped. Location is very serene. In fact a 10/10 for all these.

The salon service is a horrible experience. Better book at another hotel if you need to attend a wedding since the staff was not at all interested in doing their part but merely take bookings for the money.
