Courteous staff and The food was good. ( Br Fast and Meals)

Although property is good, you can see signs of aging in overall conditions.

Very nice hotel, well maintained, clean, superb breakfast, trained staff specially Sourabh and Rohit they were very helpful at breakfast.

Staff was too rude specially on desk diya altaf in morning shift for 4 th March 2025 Didn't solved my queries ignoring it by not answering N when I said I want feedback form Than they gave print out of 3 days out of 6 days stay Extremely rude blank faces no smile not able to solve query .young reception people don't have any etiquette even if ur paying 10 k per night staff on desk never call u back never solve ur problems bills have to checked when u come downstairs No single person call u back for solving ur queries Food extremely costly not value for money tea was horrible .

Very nice bar and 24hr restaurant - possibly the best medu wadas I've eaten at breakfast !! A little daunting to get to, since it has 2 entrances (one smaller one from a mall, and the mail one from a main road) - Google Maps directed me to the mall entrance, and it was a little confusing to visually locate the entrance but after that, it was all very smooth. General location is very convenient.

Good spread of menu and taste was good.

The room was not upto the mark. The bathroom door, has an issue. There is no facility of car cleaning, which is necessary for road traveller's.

The moisturiser dispenser was empty.Although on calling them they provided small tubes promptly.

Everything was great from breakfast, location to staff.

Breakfast was great, window city view was panoramic, Hotel lobby was neat and clean,

gym was very small with few machines. front staff need to be more professional.

The location.

The rooms, while clean and adequately furnished, were nothing to write home about. They were relatively standard for a hotel of this caliber, with no standout features or luxury touches that you might expect for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were in line with what you’d find at most upscale hotels, but there wasn’t anything that felt particularly special.The real disappointment came with the service. From the moment I checked in, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. Check-in was slow, and I was left waiting for quite a while despite arriving at a relatively quiet time. Housekeeping was hit or miss—sometimes taking hours to fulfill simple requests like extra towels or toiletries.

The breakfast at the hotel was really nice - I appreciated the sous chef's help particularly! But the entire staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. The hotel is located by a big mall which is very helpful.

The breakfast buffet was very good and varried. The staff were responsive. Rooms are big and quiet. Nice desk to work. Comfortable couch area in the room.

Small leakage from under the shower door due to a misplaced joint. Nothing problematic but the bath mat would be wet if the shower takes too long.

The wifi speed for work, the personalized attention, the cleanliness, the privacy. Great value for money.

Fantastic property. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The spread, food quality everything. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was prompt in attending any issues

I asked for a non smoking room and the staff was aligned on that as well. But my room was not a non-smoking one. I could smell cigarettes all the time.

Some things in Room needs Change or Repair. Like Fridge, Lock, Lamps and They need to Check everything.
