The location was terrible. There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom was not clean, and the room was stinking. I don't know why the rating is 8.3. It didn't feel safe to stay there if you were a girl. I was awake the whole night. It is not in walking distance to Bhophal Junction,

Dirty rooms, torn and dirty linen. No drinking water, no TV, no wifi, no lock in the door. Washroom dirty with sink and flush pipe leaking 24 hrs. Bad odour lot of mosquitoes. Overhead fan rotating and giving a feel that it might fall at any time. Waste of money.

Hot water available. Near the bus and train stations. Not expensive.

I don’t understand why the hotel is so well rated. The room was not clean: the linen, the wall and the bathroom were dirty. There were bugs. The address was not exactly the one written on Booking (the one on Google is correct). The floor was smelling really badly (not the room fortunately). There were no toilet paper even if it was written on the description.

Nothing. There was nothing to like in that hotel for that price I paid on booking the deluxe room there so imagine for a normal room.The only thing while giving the review is I missed taking the photo.If you book the room there ask the receptionist to give a selfie of him in front of the reception, you will get to know about the situation.

Worst hotel if you go there by seeing it's review. Very pathetic. I booked this hotel just because of the review of this hotel on booking.com. Below are the things that will agitate you if you visit there ( I again say, avoid this hotel pls)1. Inspite of the booking the delux room that had facilities you can see on booking.com, this hotel did not provide water (there is no ro water facility here) which was said free to us. You can get water with 20 charge.2. I booked delux room and paid for that but they gave me some other room that had ac barely working (so noise I couldn't sleep),+ a) no tv b) no wifi c) someone did smoke in the room, the room was full of cigerette butts and was not cleaned d) there was used condom in the room and was not cleaned e) someone ate in the room and the plastic etc. was there, the dustbin was not empty. f) the toilet was super dirty so as the room3. The reception is super lazy and the overall service was far far poor.If you keep Everything aside, at least water should be available in the hotel for drinking and if it is not there it should be updated on the booking site.Don't go there and if you are coming late evening it is big No. The location is very inside, you will feel like trapped.Rating 0/10

The rooms are bit clean, but not worth price paid.

Although the location of the property is near to Bhopal Junction, it is situated at a dirty surrounding. The entire payment was taken before check-in. Bed sheets were dirty. When asked for replacement, attendant replied that these are just replaced and further stated that as we do not use chemical, therefore the stains on the bed sheets are not removable. Lavatory and bathrooms were very dirty. I checked in the 1500 Hrs and after seeing it, I told attendant/reception that I will return by 2200 Hrs and to make it by the than, but nothings was changed when I returned with family in the night. There was no water supply in building during my entire stay at the property. When I complaint about these things at the reception he told me that I can chek-out. I was helpless but to staty in the property during night.

The room was good with excellent views. Check in was smooth the staff they were very nice and friendly Great food, staff and hospitality. House-keeping staff is very friendly

All over experience was good. Room service was good. Breakfast superb. The restaurant bluet amd rivaaz are excellent. The room are clean and pretty beautiful. The hotel price are to high best for standard room . We love hotel service high recommend to my family and friends

Professional behaviour of staff. Samikha and Gajendra took good care of the guest. Rooms were cleaned regularly. The staff took care of the hygiene. Overall a good experience. would recommend friends.

The experience was really nice. And especially the housekeeping staff were very helpful and polite. Can work on few of the staff on the reception. The hote room are beautiful I'm stay in 204 the are beautifully and hygiene

The property is good. Well connected and pleasant stay with friends. Rooms are spacious and full of furnitures to relax on.The garden area provided in the backyard is great. Staff is courteous and breakfast is also available.
