Friendly Staffs and location

Location, comfortable room and beds, host Wilfred was very accommodating, breakfast was basic but delicious.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, close to the train station and in the center of town. If I return to Tours, I will like to stay here again.

The concierge waited for us even though we were very late arriving. It was clean. Good value for money.

The breakfast was a little I overpriced.

Well located near to cathedral, restaurant/bar quarter and river. Buffet breakfast was as expected, absolutely fine. The hotel (2*) has a quite old fashioned feel (which I like). My room was very clean and comfortable. I would use again, and recommend to anyone looking for relatively cheap board.

We would have liked a kettle in the room. We were also disappointed that although the information in the room said we could have drinks before 9pm at 8.25pm we were told this facility was closed.

Good location, secure parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and served a good breakfast selection. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast bar was good. Location was great, endless restaurants around. We had a car and secure paid parking in their tiny lot was a bonus. Great for bike touring folks too

Room needs a fan, got very damp and steamy from using the shower

Rooms are small but what you expect in hotels old buildings in France.
