Cit'Hotel Criden

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Despite being on the street side, there wasn't much noise at night. I didn’t have breakfast, but from what I saw of the food and the dining area, it looked like it would have been good.

The bathroom was spacious with a fairly large shower-bathtub combo, but if you weren’t careful, there was a risk of getting the floor wet while showering.

Rooms were a little basic -

The man on reception was great. We arrived very late and he was more than helpful. As he was showing us around , organising private parking etc he just popped up everywhere. When our television did not work he did not hesitate to change our room.

The heat in the corridors and rooms, unfortunately no air-con so was a little stuffy.

The staff was great.

The hotel was old and in poor condition. It need a renovation.

Clean comfortable and convenient. The receptionist was extremely helpful and provided very useful information and went out of her way to assist us

The staff was excellent. Helpful with travel, trains, sites to visit. Fantastic location. Parked our car and walk the duration of 3 days to tour meetings, Museums, restaurants. Room was exceptionally small, but clean and functional when organized. Clean remodeled bathroom. Parking a real plus at 12 dollars a day.

Very comfortable bed with total blackout for a great nights sleep: tasty eggs for breakfast and convenient to get to from the motorway and from to the charming city centre

Decor is somewhat dated!

Short distance from train station, quiet and very comfortable room, very helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant outdoor terrace for a drink or breakfast. Very good value.

The hotel was very close to the beautiful city cathedral and the centre. It had a nice terrace and parking spaces in front of it. The town itself is very close to most of the castles near Loire river which makes it a very good spot for accomodation between sightseeing.

It would have been nice if there was a brekfast included and if the furniture (especially windows which could not open properly) was refurbished.

Lovely breakfast, spacious bathroom, large room, carpark, and very very helpful and professional members of staff.

A little far from old city and some street noise.

Clean, excellent location with secure parking. Our two dogs were made very welcome. Special mention must be made of the gentleman at reception, he was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, a great advert for the hotel. Thank you.
