Central to everything, plenty of restaurant within walking distance. Very Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast to expensive. Did not eat there.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect! We really appreciated the available parking.

The facilities were a little tired and worn. The hot tub in the pool area was not hot at all. We really wished we had a refrigerator because we had medication that needed to be refrigerated and we were unable to keep small foods (like yogurt or cheese).

Pros:Central location and that's about it

Where to start:1. jacuzzi did not work; 2. massage tables in poor condition; 3. bar closed on both Friday and Saturday; 4. Broken windows inside room 218; 5. really not good enough for a supposed 4 star hotel. Given all these problems it's awful value for money.

The location, right in the heart of the city is great, lots to see and do within walking distance. The room was very comfortable indeed, lovely bathroom and a sitting area with coffee machine. The lounge areas are very grandly decorated but not over the top, it certainly gives it atmosphere.The pool is more of a plunge pool, not for swimmers but we saw lots of children and adults having fun in there. The car park is handy and easy to navigate. It is essential to book your place for your stay.

An ironing board and iron in the room would have been useful.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Tours and on the primary high street, so you could not get a better location. When we arrived we couldn’t have received a better reception. All the staff were very attentive, polite and personable at all times. We drove so we booked a parking space. The parking is not big as you would expect from a city centre hotel but it is a great advantage if you come by car. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was extremely good and the service was exceptional. The hotel interior is very ornate with a large atrium area and very comfortable seating also have a nice intimate bar area. We didn’t use the other hotel facilities, however, the looked to be good for a city hotel. Our hotel room was very spacious and comfortable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location next to the impressive Jean Jaures square. Walking distance to the main square ans shopping street in Tours with lots of bars and restaurants. Public parking very close by if travelling by car and not very expensive.

Super location and parking. Attentive, friendly staff. Comfortable room, very clean, good bed linen,, good breakfast all super for a short city break.

The furnishings were slightly shabby and the evening menu in the restaurant very limited.

Nice relaxing time with small area with swimming pool and steam bath. Central Tours so everything to do by foot.

The hotel location was perfect for exploring Tours and the parking was very convenient. The staff were friendly.

Good variety of food, clean, good location within the hotel and not rushed.

Great central location close to the station and town centre shops/restaurants. Check in/out was quick and easy and the room was spacious, clean and bed large and comfortable. A bottle of water by the bedside table, robe/slippers provided and heating switched on which was nice given arrived on a very cold Dec evening.

Paper cups in the bathroom rather than just a glass. No fridge in the room which you'd expect in most hotels now. One lift was out of order. A little out dated now for a 4 star hotel however for an overnight stay in Tours it was fine. Parking could be problematic if required for a long stay.

Nice place to stay. A very busy, pleasant city. Good location right on the manor with a park for the dog and dog friendly bars/eateries.

I didn't get a hotel parking space and it proved difficult with public parking. It is a very busy centre so driving is not a pleasure and the nearest car park had closed a lot of bays. I am sure it is not normally that bad.

This was a pet friendly hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Tours. There was a Christmas market right outside! The room was large and comfortable with a big modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.
